Experience incroyable dans cet hôtel qui s’apparente plus à un palace tant le service et le personnel sont d’une professionnalisme rarement vu dans l’hôtellerie… Mention spéciale et particulière a Bellma qui honnêtement a été tant sur le plan humain que professionnel, d’une rigueur, d’une gentillesse, d’une bienveillance et d’une humanité qui nous marquera à vie. Merci encore pour tout. Un grand Bravo, staff de l’hôtel.

A generally pleasant stay with attentive staff, though a few small service details could be improved.
Pros:

Our stay went rather well overall. However, there was no porter to assist us upon arrival. We had requested a baby cot when making our reservation, but it was not in the room when we arrived, even though the turndown service had already been completed. In addition, the tissue box was almost empty.
On the other hand, the concierge, Pierre, and the porter from Cape Verde made a very good impression on us.
In summary, it is a decent hotel, but not as good as the Amigo.
