Expérience très décevante pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Le service client est pratiquement inexistant : impossible d’obtenir des réponses claires ou un suivi efficace. Les prestations ne sont pas au niveau attendu pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Dans la chambre, le confort laisse à désirer : il faut actionner chaque interrupteur individuellement, ce qui est peu pratique. J’avais demandé une couette et des oreillers sans plumes pour raisons médicales ; ils m’ont été livrés au compte-gouttes après un jour et demi d’attente.

Le personnel s’est montré peu aimable, parfois même agressif, ce qui est inacceptable dans l’hôtellerie.

Enfin, le parking est payant, ce qui ajoute un surcoût malvenu compte tenu du niveau global des prestations.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
