Family weekend break
Pros:

We stayed here on an overnight trip to Brussels. It is a really beautiful hotel, great rooms and fantastic staff, I would highly recommend, it's close to the metro, tram outside too..probably a 20 min walk to the grand place, but this hotel is worth it. Really couldn't fault it, great value too.

Could not recommend more!
Pros:

I had just one day in Brussels and could not have found a better place to spend my time. I was greeted warmly by the front desk and was incredibly impressed by how nice the room was. I got a full detailed itinerary of the best spots to see and set off in an amazing sightseeing walk and had the best day wandering around Brussels. All very walkable from the hotel!
It felt luxurious! I enjoyed a dinner at their restaurant and their breakfast buffet. All around an exceptional hotel. I can’t wait to come back.

Four days in Brussels!
Pros:

Great hotel and wonderful staff. We stayed here for four days. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of choices. Hotel is centrally located. We had a lovely stay at a beautiful hotel.

Really disappointed!!
Pros:

The room was clean, simpel with a good matras but a very bad hard pillow, no extra blanker, no blow dryer.
The breaksfast was really bad. The water for the thee was not warm enough, the koffie was awful!! Only the croissants and pains au chocolat were delicious. The cheese was dry the eggs where rauw. I don’t understand how this hotel got his five stars. Unbelievable.
