Great indoor-facing balcony view, decent breakfast, and incredible access to Clifton Hill for the kids. Great water park
Pros:

I loved getting a bit of a "balcony ocean view" experience overlooking the pool from our balcony. It felt much more spacious, being able to go out on the balcony in the winter, even though it was indoor-facing; it still felt airy.

Cons:

The staff was great. The breakfast was decent. The location was incredible. We were steps away from Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls, and we came for the water park package, which we all had a blast at.

Decent stay
Pros:

The location is good and the staff are welcoming.

We were given a free one hour extension of leaving time and I liked this hotel but I feel it can be better for the price paid.

Cons:

Actually a lot of stuff that need to be improved and not to criticize the hotel

1- Staff aren’t hospitality qualified. Lack of experience
2- cleaning staff are very nice but old and overworked
3- Internet service is very poor
4- Breakfast is really basic basic

We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious.
Liked the balcony so we could sit outside the room.
