Good location, poor experience
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The property is quite shabby. Our room had been renovated, although it was quite austere. The remainder of the property was badly worn and scuffed, and apparently not worthy of running a sweeper over? Walls were paper thin and kids in adjoining rooms kept us awake.

Cons:

The hotel was run down under construction and really messy, there was no hot water and front desk did nothing about it.
The free breakfast was garbage cold food not a lot of variety have seen way better.
The walls were peeling the carpet was bubbling up the showhead had electric tape wrapped around it.
The air conditioning blew hot air and the beds were rough.

Our stay was amazing as usual.
Pros:

I love the staff. Always happy and willing to answer questions. Great amenities. This is the only place I go in Niagara Falls.

Overall it was a good experience
Pros:

The location was good and easy to commute. Parking was good with the breakfast option.

Cons:

We were not informed by the hotel staff at reception to take Bath towels from hotel to the Indoor Waterpark and ended up paying for the bath towels at the waterpark.
