Pros:

How close it is to main areas we visited.

Cons:

Too loud from the pool/common area. Room wasnt fully clean. My child found someone's fake eye lashes on the phone. Hair in the shower. Ect

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

The hotel was a little dated, but it was very clean and welcoming. The lobby, atrium, and pool area were beautiful and everything was within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and even had a gas fireplace (we didn't need to use it though because the room temperature was warm enough without it).

Cons:

Breakfast choices were very limited. We paid for a room with a view of the falls, but mainly just had a view of Clifton Hill and the mist from the falls.

Pros:

I liked it was close to the falls, and the casino.

Cons:

I didn't like that they wanted to charge me $25 to check at 2pm. They made us wait until 4pm, when the room was ready. Very poor customer service!

I don’t think I would stay at this hotel ever again paid too much for the state, and if my children had touched that nee
Pros:

The parking was included in the stay. The staff were relatively nice.

Cons:

The place looked rundown. The carpets were disgusting. The door didn’t lock properly, and we found a needle in the garbage can one that somebody uses to inject themselves.

We had a good time in this hotel, met our expectation.
Pros:

Location is perfect.

Cons:

Carpet in the hallway are way too old and the hallway smells we can’t tell or explain.

Slightly better than expected, but still need more progress
Pros:

Nice location, guestroom is generally clean and renovated.

Cons:

Breakfast is limited to just 1 hot meat muffin per person, limited selection. The door lock is slightly deformed and need to double check if the door is locked properly. Hallways need renovation. Shower glass wall only covers half of the shower area, you need to be careful not to spill water onto the floor.

We’ll be coming back. Just maybe check how some of the cleaning staff works to ensure they are doing their job properly.
Pros:

I like how there’s free breakfast. Staff are awesome. Close to Clifton Hill.

Cons:

On our last stay, the room was not thoroughly clean. There were dust everywhere especially the back of the cabinets where the TV sits.

Was a big mistake
Pros:

Nothing
Everything was served in disposable cups, plates. The option was a preprepared bun. Only fruit was a banana. Nothing gluten free at all.

Cons:

Use crockery
Give reasonable choices
encourage staff to not just go through the motions
