Pros:

The room was clean. But the bed was a bit noisy
And there were no TV channels to watch local news

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay! The connected gift shop was nice too! Friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable and good price especially for the free parking!

Definitely needs to be updated! We were on third floor. Couldn’t even look out our window because condensation in middle of window.

La ubicación, habitación estaba bien,limpia

Desayuno muy americano, nosotros que somos de chile somos mas de quesos, cecinas, huevos estrellados, fruta, lacteos y lo que había hamburguesas al desyuno?? Y unos pocos cerales. No era lo esperado

Yo entiendo son culturas diferentes pero u hotel debe pensar en todos sus visitantes

Nightmare with no air conditioning and afraid to sleep on mattress
Pros:

I liked it when I left this place early. This was a horrible experience and I did not like that.

Cons:

The mattress was a rail and no padding and was stained and nasty. the pillows were shashed and stained and had a smell. the air conditioner did not work. The elevator did not work. the shower never got hot and I left it on for 10 minutes.

Decent stay.
Pros:

Close to clifton hill. Free parking.

Cons:

Outdated. Ongoing construction. We stayed for 4nights and its the same breakfast menu everyday, sausage patties, egg, bagels. Everyday we need to get the breakfast coupon in the front desk, why cant they just give it all at once. Luggage trolley is also defective, so we had a hard time pushing our stuffs. Doors are old.

No bells and whistles but location is great and the staff was very kind. Would stay again.
Pros:

The staff was very nice.

The room was spacious.

The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Having free on-site parking was a huge bonus and being so close to all the entertainment was really nice. Location is excellent.

Cons:

The pool is MUCH smaller than the photos make it look. Having the pool not open until 10am makes it hard with little kids who wake up early and want to swim.

The breakfast was a little lack luster, but it's free so that's nice.

The coffee maker didn't work in the bedroom and the built in plug in the desk was broken exposing the wires.

The big window on the corner was fun for kids but it was REALLY dusty. The baseboards were also dusty and there was some trash under the chair in the room that was note from us.

Me gustó mucho la zona y las comodidades, el desayuno estaba bien y las habitaciones estaban limpias, lo que no me gustó

Acorde al precio todo me pareció bien. La zona está muy bien y ubicada cerca de las cataratas y de atracciones

Las alfombras de afuera están algo viejas, el agua de la ducha dura mucho para calentar.

Pros:

at first place looked great! very nice and fancy! even the room looked nice but then as i’m making my bed (i was on the top bunk) i notice LOTS of hair and stains and then i see a dead spider. the couch is really nice but there is crumps everywhere on it! also underneath the couch there is so much food , garbage , crumbs, dead bugs! it looks like they haven’t cleaned in months! maybe even years!!! i really thought this was a nice place but i guess not!!

Merci Tout le personnel est sympathique

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner était décevant. De plus, l'ascenseur était hors service et des travaux étaient en cours aux étages supérieurs. Le personnel de ménage devait le faire fonctionner aux heures de pointe.

Enfin, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude ni d'eau froide dans la chambre, ce qui était extrêmement gênant. L'eau de la douche était froide la deuxième nuit.

It was very clean and the staff friendly. Great price.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was lacking. We are early risers, and the breakfast was later hours.Wish it would have started at six a m. Room was descent, but our bed made a lot of noise.Every time you would move .
