It was great.
Pros:

Everything was convenient.

Cons:

The key cards wouldn’t work a lot and we had 4 of them and had to go back multiple times to get the key cards redone.

Beautiful property with shuttle to carnivals cruise terminal
Pros:

Pool and hot tub are beautiful, rooms are also very nice! Bar staff are amazing also! Shuttle driver was also very kind and knowledgeable!

Excellent place to stay before or after a cruise. Very nice staff.
Pros:

Great location. Close to the cruise port and nearby restaurants.
The pool was very nice and cleaned every morning. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.

Cons:

There is construction going on right now but it didn’t interfere with our stay.

Excellent choice for cruise passengers
Pros:

The staff who went above and beyond during our stay. Our suite was large and very comfortable. Food eateries close by. Including a bar called The Preacher which was excellent. Ideal hotel for stop off before boarding cruise. Transfer is $12 return per person. The hotel then stored our luggage on return during day before flight so we could visit space centre.

Cons:

The building work that is taking place at the moment. Can’t be helped and didn’t bother us but would’ve been a problem if booked as main accommodation.

Experience at Cape Canaveral
Pros:

The hotels proximity to the Port perfect, the shuttle service efficient with friendly operators, and the long-term parking option was convenient. The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

No free breakfast offered. The hotel layout is not convenient to accommodate all guest We had to walk 'around' and 'through' to get to our rooms that was located on building 800 at the very end. A map was provided because it was definitely needed to find our room . There was a construction project underway in the property near the pool area which may have contributed to the twist and turns required to access building 800.

Great stay with comfortable beds in the room.
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent convenience to all of Coco Kay and Port Canaveral. It was very clean. Our room was pool side; however, there was new construction going on in the pool area.
The staff, bar, and restaurant were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The construction, but that should be over soon and the pool could still be used.
