Nice experience
Pros:

Great place to stay for cruise, very nice place, clean, we had 2 bed suite it was great
staff was nice and helpful, very nice pool. They do have shuttle to ships, very busy place. Had no trouble at all. From orlando airport it's a 45 minute drive no problem
We use Uber it was 90.00 for a SUV which wasnt bad price for 4 people

Pros:

The pool area and the bar was top teir!! The shuttle to the Port was excellent as well!!

Cons:

The room were extremely small but okay!! But the fact that I had to carry multiple bags up the stairs was insane..I had just had surgery a few weeks before and I was not supposed to be lifting heavy items..I had a rolling suitcase but that doesn't matter when going up stairs!!

I would stay here again. It was a quick ride to the port. We loved that there was a shuttle to and from the port.
Pros:

The pool and bar.

There was no elevator for the 8th floor

The staff at check in! The proximity to restaurants. The pool even though we didn’t get to enjoy it. The outside bar which we conveniently behind our room, we did the advantage of that.

Cons:

The construction that was going on as we did not know when we book that renovations were taken place, but it didn’t stop us from having fun. Would like to come back in the near future depending on rates.

the staff were great. getting to leaving my car there for a week. free shuttle to port. free shuttle back from the port.

Cons:

I was interested in breakfast, but the hostess was too busy to answer questions. my time was limited so I ended leaving on an empty stomach.

Beautiful hotel that is very close to the cruise port and offers shuttle service and parking for your cruise.
Pros:

Beautiful pool, resort feel with pathways to walk around. Beds were comfortable. Offered shuttle to the port was easy and convenient the workers helped load all your luggage

Cons:

The rooms are hard to find because all the hallways look the same and multiple rooms.

Great service and clean rooms
Pros:

First time staying here and everyone was super helpful! We started the night before our cruise and parked here for the week. One we got off the ship the shuffle was cold and ready to go! I had a later flight and was able to hang out by the pool and then book a shuttle to the airport. I didn’t get everyone’s name but John was super helpful in the lobby. Everyone I encountered was friendly and went above and beyond. Definitely will book here again for my next cruise.
