Perfect location for cruises
Pros:

That there is cruise parking and a shuttle to and from the port

Cons:

All the construction and we found nails laying on the ground and broken glass

It wasn’t the worst but a Marriott would have done just fine.
Pros:

Pool and bathroom

Cons:

Nothing is included but says it is. Staff was a little snotty and room was way too far out back. Didn’t feel safe as there were no security people I saw at all. Drinks were overpriced

I was happy to see my family-But I was truly offended by the deception
Pros:

When I booked my reservation the site said breakfast was included and parking was available-when I checked in I was charged over$16.00 dollars to park and they told me breakfast was $20.00 per person -I centainly was defrauded.

Cons:

See above and you will understand what I did not like-Told one thing that was a lie and didn't find out that I was being screwed until I got there

Overall, great location and very close to cruise ships.
Pros:

Pool, spa, outside bar, restaurant

Cons:

Family suite with elderly relatives had to walk a LONG way to get to pool, bar, front desk. Way too far!

Staff was amazing!! Very helpful and so nice!!
Pros:

It was everything you could want or need on vacation! Nothing is too far away. Most things are within walking distance. If you’re not from the area you could uber 10 minutes away and walk around and shop. The hotel has everything restaurant laundry gym tennis court outdoor and indoor bars the pool is phenomenal! There’s just so much! They are doing construction to upgrade so I can’t wait to stay there once that’s done!!

Cons:

The layout was a little confusing at first. But we got used to it pretty quickly.

Was disappointing for almost $300 for 1 night
Pros:

Online expectation very different than pictures!

Cons:

Confusing parking area to get into, to busy with Cruise Passengers coming and going. Called office regarding our stay answered by desk who couldn’t find our reservation, claimed we didn’t have one, Manager unavailable for 15 minutes, lobby packed with Cruise Passengers and long lines at counter. We waited and two girls left while there were people lined up waiting to be helped.
High priced rooms.
