Expensive for absolutely no reason.
Pros:

Our room was far from the pool, so it was nice and quiet.

Cons:

The fact that we had to pay to park at the property, then could not find any parking next to our room had to park 3 buildings over and walk a long way to our room. Never was like this 20 yrs ago, and ive been staying here a long time why have I not earned any free nights.
