Not much
The property was under construction which they didn’t say when we booked. There was trash everywhere in the garden areas. I had knee replacement and was on crutches and I asked to be put in a closer room towards the front, she refused and put us in 406 I believe which was the VERY last room in like another building attached. The room was not nice like what we looked at when we booked. We were very disappointed! On top it was almost $500 we paid and the value for what we stayed was absolutely not ok! We chose going out of port canaveral for our cruise and choose to stay there bc it was was cheaper. It ended up not being cheaper should have went out of Miami and payed extra on our hotel room bc what we paid for this hotel was outrageous!
Liked the pool and hot tub
The cleanliness of the room was awful… used tabacco pouches and the floors looked super dirty as well as the beds didn’t look like they were made.
Easy cruise transfer location
The location was good near the port
We booked it and payed already before going , a training lady at the reception office charged us full amount once again so payed double, in addition of packing fees and we didnt go by car . when complained, they said it is mistake and money will be back before midnight yesterday and nothing happened
Very vacation oriented
The back up alarms of construction equipment when trying to rest. Although, we understand there was construction on site. It would not deter another stay there at all.
They where very rude at customer service... too busy and the price was outrageous
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Great location for watching launches at Cape Canaveral.
The convenience to the cruise port. Being able to park while we cruise. The staff is phenomenal. They will go above and beyond for us!
It was pretty. Looked well laid out.
Loud, uncomfortable beds, toilet paper was like sandpaper!
Clean rooms. Great for the day before the cruise. Big pool restaurant bars.. 5 minutes from the port. Rent a car for the day drop it off 2 minutes down the road free shuttle bus to the port.. Day Rental was $48..
