Mathcounts conducted the chapter test for Dukane county at this location. Unfortunately the test is delayed because of lighting issues, building management is not able to figure out. The sales management is pathetic and when confronted is refusing to even acknowledge the issue and get the right engineers to fix the issue. Kids prepare for years and now have to take the test without sufficient light! Think again for any big corporate events at this location.

We stayed in room 307 and the sound insulation is extremely poor. The walls are so thin that we could clearly hear the guests in the next room talking for hours, as well as constant street noise from passing cars throughout the night.
I called the front desk three separate times and spoke with a staff member named Amy. When she contacted the neighboring room, I could actually hear their phone ringing through the wall, which shows how inadequate the soundproofing is. Despite this, the noise continued, and the guests did not quiet down even at 1:42 am.
As a result, I did not get any meaningful sleep until around 3 am. If you are sensitive to noise or expecting a restful night, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel unless you are placed in a much quieter area of the property.

We had a lovely time at the bar. Enrique was amazing. He was so polite and very conversational. He remembered our names from previous work trips. Visit him anytime you are in Naperville. Enrique is the man!

The rooms are so dated and many thing don’t work. Lighting is terrible in the room.

Had such a great time thanks to Enrique! Super friendly, fun, and kept the energy up all night. The service was fast, and he made one of the best mixed drinks I’ve had in a long time — perfectly balanced and delicious. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and it really adds to the whole experience. Highly recommend grabbing a drink from him if you get the chance!
We came for the Child Abuse Prevention Conference and we had SUCH a great experience all thanks to Enrique! He was so kind, attentive, patient, and enthusiastic with our group and it absolutely made the couple days so much fun for a work conference!
