Pros:

- Staff was helpful and tried to go out of their way. I appreciated that.
- Nespresso machine in the room
- Dog friendly
- Has underground garage

Cons:

- Old, poorly cleaned elevator
- Sockets in strange places. Not great for a business customer
- Desk on the smaller side and cluttered with phone, ipad
- Bavarian music in the public spaces
- Out of hours, staff in the larger sister hotel picks up the request, and they may be limited in ability to help with any query
- Cleaner didn'empty and clean a used teacup

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Zimmer. Zentrale und ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Leider wurde beim Frühstück wenig nachgefüllt, sodass die letzten Gäste teilweise kaum mehr Auswahl zum Essen hatten.
Zimmereinteilung bei Zimmer mit Dachschräge wenig durchdacht.

Het hotel ligt op prettige loopafstand van het centrum. De kamers zijn schoon en praktisch ingericht. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en de ondergelegen parkeergarage was een aangename verrassing.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Queen Doppelzimmer gebucht. Bei dieser Kategorie im 3. Stock sollte die Geschäftsleitung überlegen sie nur als Einzelnutzung zu vergeben. Für zwei erwachsene Personen, von denen eine direkt unter der Zimmerdecke liegt muss und keinen eigenen Einstieg in das Bett hat, eine Zumutung.

Während dem Frühstück wurde um 9.30 Uhr zu saugen angefangen. Lautstärke und ständiges Stühle rücken empfanden wir sehr störend. Nachdem wir die Servicekraft darauf angesprochen haben, wurde das Saugen direkt eingestellt. Dann hat die Putzkraft alle Tische, Stühle inkl. Sitzpolster und Rückenlehnen um uns herum, mit immer dem gleichen Lappen, abgewischt. Igitt! Nachdem der Staubsauger und Putzeimer neben unserem Tisch deponiert wurden, haben wir den Frühstücksraum verlassen.

Morgens vor unserem Zimmer hat die Putzkraft lauthals telefoniert. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass hier eine Fremdfirma für die Reinigung im Hotel zuständig ist, denen es nur wichtig ist, so schnell wie möglich fertig zu werden. Da wurde einfach nicht darauf geachtet, die Gäste nicht zu stören.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist auch verbesserungswürdig.

Charmant et chaleureux

Personnel adorable, décor typique et chaleureux.
Restaurant également bon, typique et chaleureux

Cons:

Auto check out buggé pour un de nous, mais heureusement un membre du personnel a pu nous aider malgré l’heure (tôt le matin).
