One of the beds had fleas or ticks, and staff didn’t respond to the problem properly. Just acknowledged the issue at the moment. Breakfast was below average.

Für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel gab es außergewöhnlich viel Auswahl beim Gebäck und Süßspeisen beim Frühstücksbuffet. Eine Vielfalt von Kuchen und div. gefüllten Croissants. Die Lage ist sehr gut um Erkundungen in Venedig zu starten.

Für den nächsten Venedig Besuch definitiv die erste Wahl
Pros:

Sehr praktische Lage, vor allem, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Direkt neben dem Bahnhof Santa Lucia, 2 Minuten von den Vaporetti. Und trotzdem ab vom Trubel.
Zimmer grosszügig, sehr sauber, leise Klimaanlage, hübscher Innenhof. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

Hotel v bezprostřední blízkosti nádraží Santa Lucia a Canal Grande, pohodlný pokoj s pěknou koupelnou, na jeden nocleh nejlepší volba. U snídaně je většina pokrmů už nějakým způsobem připravena (sendviče, obložené pečivo, velká nabídka sladkých jídel), ale je tam i základní nabídka klasické bufetové snídaně. Příjemný personál. Krásný interiér.
