The breakfast buffet was wonderful, so many different options and everything tasted fresh, there really was quite a variety of food and drink, dining room was so cozy and pretty, staff was very helpful and friendly. We were with two other couples and all our rooms were different and charming!!

Cons:

My husband wasn’t pleased with having just one room key, and it was an actual key but I thought it was part of the charm of the the hotel, we can get card keys at any hotel!

Room and bathroom were spacious! Appreciate the slippers as we don’t like to walk barefoot in the hotel room. Breakfast was excellent ! Great variety and kept being refilled. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The best breakfast in italy so far for the same price range of hotels.

L'accueil tres chaleureux, l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner...

Cons:

Hôtel et chambre qui méritent d'être un peu rénovés (tapisserie vieillotte et tachée, joints salle de bain noirs... de petits détails mais qui pourraient tout changer)

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the breakfast and the overall atmosphere of the hotel to its outstanding location, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both train and bus services, making it an ideal base for exploring Venice and the surrounding areas.

The hotel itself is elegant, stylish, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything.

This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had during my travels, and I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness, hospitality, and dedication. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

早餐非常美味豐盛、工作人員人都很好
飯店地點交通方便，就在威尼斯火車站步行約5分鐘就到，
整個裝潢風格非常古典漂亮
飯店的大廳有飲水設備可以裝水非常方便
因為我的房間位於地面層所以沒有使用到電梯
但飯店是有附設電梯的
只有門口跟進入住宿區會需要抬幾個階梯

Heel mooi hotel, ik had het gevoel dat ik een klein paleisje mocht betreden. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie lounge waar je iets kan drinken of een hapje kan eten. Lekker ontbijt met ruime keuze. Gezellige binnentuin. De kamers zijn ruim en proper. Comfortabel bed. Ideale locatie, dichtbij het station en de vaporetto haltes, waardoor je heel snel en makkelijk heel Venetië kan bezoeken.

Todo nos gusto, la limpieza y la atención del personal tanto de recepción como del desayuno. Totalmente recomendable queda a pocos pasos del terminal de tren y góndolas.
