Pros:

Ottima colazione, mai trovato qualcosa che ci assomigli a Venezia, ambiente elegante e di buon gusto, parte di un edificio ecclesiastico, personale cordiale e disponibile

Cons:

C'era un po' freddino, e anche l'acqua sinceramente poteva essere più calda. Durante la colazione c'era quella sensazione di dover fare in fretta.

Pros:

Struttura comodissima alla stazione e ottimo punto per visitare Venezia. Pulito e Staff molto cordiale. Colazione da far invidia a hotel più blasonati.

Cons:

Qualche mobile in camera forse un pó da rinnovare ma nel complesso tutto bene.

De neuitat, Venezia autentica la un pret rezonabil comparativ.
Pros:

Locatia. Aproape de gara, perfect pentru trenurile foarte de dimineata.

Cons:

Nu am avut pahare, nici o patura cum sunt eu obisnuit. Dimineata la 6:45 am intrebat daca se poate o cafea pentru drum, aveam trenul dimineata, si mi s-a spus ca doar de la 7. Pentru pretul platit consider ca nu era nici o deranj sa ne dea o cafea cu 15 minute mai devreme.

very close to the Santa Lucia station, the breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

there was no shower curtains in the bathtub so the floor and walls get soaked with lots of water. also no shower holders on the wall, it's just very inconvenient.

狭いけど綺麗
Pros:

スタッフの方がどれもフレンドリーで旅行客にとても優しかった。駅から近いためスーツケースを持った移動もそこまで苦痛ではなかった。内装がとても素敵だった。

Cons:

一泊ならまあ許容だが、想定よりもだいぶ狭い部屋だった。

Convenient location, priced accordingly, and breakfast was excellent, just not 5 stars.
Pros:

Location next to the train station was excellent as we arrived late in the evening. We traveled four countries and four hotels and the breakfast was by far the best we had on this trip. The hotel is off the beaten path a bit but is convenient.

Cons:

The building is old but they are remodeling some areas. The decor in the rooms was odd. Not bad but odd.

Nos gustó todo!!! El edificio, la ubicación perfecta!! Situado en una calle estrecha, al salir de esta calle te encuentras con todo el bullicio, el puente, la parada del vaporeto y la estación Santa Lucia.todo el personal, amables, atentos, recepción, comedor, limpieza. El desayuno buenísimo y muy variado. Un hotel al que esperamos volver

Por poner una pega las mesas del comedor para el desayuno estan muy pegadas, casi no hay espacio

Pros:

Wir waren für fünf Übernachtungen im Hotel. Das Hotel liegt 5 Min. vom Bahnhof entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Vom Bahnhof hat man nichts mitbekommen.
Das Hotel empfehlen wir zu 100% weiter. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht. Die Betten waren super.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war der Hit. Lauter kleine Köstlichkeiten von Herzhaft bis Süß über verschiedene Salate.
Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und hatte immer gute Laune.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to Santa Lucia train station. The quadruple room is amazing, very big and the ceiling is gorgeous. The staff was very attentive and high spirits. The breakfast was amazing! When I come back to Venice I’m going to stay here again, for sure.

Pros:

The staff is friendly and helpful, helping us to store our luggage since we arrived early. The room is big and spacious, super value to money. We like the room and the facilities. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, many choices and delicious. We will stay in this hotel again next time we come back to Venice.

Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение отеля, рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом и остановкой водного транспорта. Сам отель в старинном стиле, очень внимательный персонал, ежедневная уборка, у нас был просторный тихий номер, удобные кровати, красивый вид из окна на внутренний дворик и садик, большая ванная комната. Превосходный завтрак, большой выбор на любой вкус, обязательно вернемся сюда еще!

Cons:

Маленькое неудобство: в душе слабый напор воды и надо подождать, чтоб пришла горячая вода. Но это не повлияло на наше общее впечатление.
