The perfect spot for an overnight stay in Venice
Pros:

The location was great, the decor is authentic, the beds comfortable, breakfast food selection really wide.

Cons:

The breakfast set up. You can’t choose where to sit, the table is allocated to you. We were with a dog and prefered to sit in the garden, but we had to sit next to other people, almost touching each other in a packed room.

Location near the train station was a plus. Also access to Grand Canel.

Cons:

Building was built in 1879. The room was on the small side and you had to step up to use enter the bathroom.

Hôtel parfait !
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour une arrivée par bus ou par train et le quartier est vraiment sympa. Le personnel a toujours était aux petits soins et souriant. Le petit déjeuner fut également un régal. Merci de m’avoir aider pour mon italien souvent très moyen !

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Although I initially had some reservations due to its 3-star rating, it exceeded expectations in every respect.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a generously sized bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. All essential amenities were provided, including slippers and quality toiletries.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of options, and we never had to wait to be seated at breakfast.

Overall, the hotel delivered a high standard of comfort and service and represents outstanding value for its category. I would confidently recommend it.

Aamiainen oli mielettömän hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, koska se oli lähellä rautatie- ja bussiasemaa.

Great staff & location. Not a cookie-cutter hotel.

As close to the train station as you can be without actually being on a train.

Cons:

We had a some ants in our bathroom (more than 1-2) and they don’t turn on the AC until later in the year, even though it was quite warm while we were there. (That’s a European thing, but it should be based on temperatures not time of year.) It was loud throughout the night with the windows open.
