La ubicacion

Cons:

El hotel está viejo, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, íbamos tres personas y nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña e incómoda. Muy mala relación calidad precio. En otro tiempo el hotel tendría cierta prestancia , pero hoy está todo anticuado y muy oscuro.

Sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und sauberer Frühstücksraum.

Descanso inviável, barulho até tarde e nenhuma solução oferecida pelo hotel

Localização excelente. O quarto é ótimo, espaçoso, cama muito boa, banheiro tbm é excelente.

Cons:

Ficamos em um hotel quarto no térreo, ao lado de um salão de festas (onde é servido o café) e estava acontecendo uma festa privada de aniversário, com início +/- às 16. O barulho era muito alto, música super alta, gente falando, cantando, gritando, crianças correndo no corredor. Reclamei na recepção, não fizeram absolutamente nada, só disseram que terminaria em algumas horas. Passava de 22h30 e a festa ainda estava acontecendo, com o barulho cada vez mais alto.
Pedi para um dos convidados deixar a porta fechada, mas não adiantou muito, pois toda hora saia alguém batendo e a porta e deixando-a aberta.
Mais de 22h e a festa ainda não tinha terminado, fui até a recepção para pedir para trocar meu quarto, o Fábio tentou intervir, chegou uma mulher de cabelos pretos e longos na recepção, e foi extremamente grossa e estúpida dizendo que a festa terminaria naquele horário. Os convidados ainda ficaram conversando e rindo no corredor, mesmo com fim da festa, funcionários ainda entraram e saíram várias vezes para organizar o espaço. Diante disso, a minha experiência no hotel foi muito ruim, não tive qualquer respaldo. Esse quarto deveria ser fechado em dias de festas.

Albergo raccomandabile per la posizione strategica, l’eleganza e l’accoglienza. Servizio efficiente e cordiale. Abbiamo
Pros:

Posizione estremamente comoda alla stazione, comunque tranquilla, vicino agli imbarchi dei vaporetti e strategica per tutti i percorsi.
Struttura ospitata un edificio storico, con un bellissimo cortile interno addossato alla Chiesa degli Scalzi. Interno molto curato ed elegante. Camera e bagno spaziosi.
Personale molto accogliente, professionale, disponibile, simpatico e cordiale. Check-in e check-out rapidissimi.

Cons:

Il sistema di riscaldamento della camera. On/off, difficoltà di regolare la temperatura
Un po’ piccola la sala colazione, con disposizione del buffet migliorabile, e conseguente leggera confusione nei momenti di maggiore affollamento.

Really nice room with a Comfortable bed. The added extras like slippers and toothbrush were a nice touch. Very conveniently placed for the train station and water buses with them only being a short walk away.

Cons:

The jacuzzi bath didn't work. You could fill the bath but none of the jacuzzi controls worked. I know you don't always get a decent view but one of a flat roof wasn't good either, and this was supposed to be for a premium room.

A gem of a place to stay in Venice. Great location and excellent staff
Pros:

I am loathed to write this review for this lovely hotel.in case it gets swamped with people wanting to visit and I can't get a room there anymore :( The location was great. The room was lovely and big, comfortable and quiet [room 306] The breakfast was excellent with great choices and plentiful. The reception staff were absolutely kind, charming, helpful and considerate, particularly Rafalle? I will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The only thing that was missing for me were facilities to make tea or coffee. Maybe there could be a tea and coffee station in reception.
