Pros:

La ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

El baño tenía una bañera con hidromasaje pero no funcionaba y no había cortina para cuando te duchabas. Mejoraría mucho si se cambiase la bañera por una cabina de ducha.

とても快適
Pros:

石畳の細い路地を進むと入り口がありヴェネチアっぽいロケーションなのに鉄道の駅、水上バス乗り場共に徒歩2〜3分で大変便利。
フロントの方は親切で少しだけ日本語も話せました。
行きたいところにはどの水上バスに乗れば良いかなど教えてもらい大変助かりました。
また給水器もあり高いミネラルウォータのペットボトルを買わずにすみました。
朝食もパン屋なの？っと思うほどパンの種類が豊富で大満足。
またヴェネチアに来る時は泊まりたいです。

It was a great stay!
Pros:

Very friendly staff, charming hotel as a monastery previously! Great location, very close to the train station. Great breakfast too! You can also storage your luggage, very safe!

Cons:

We stayed in a triple room, a bit small and the bathroom doesn’t have curtains for the shower

Pros:

The location is super convenient, less than 5 minutes walk to the railway station. Very clean and good pastry selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Twin room beds were too close, like 1 ft away from each other which was a bit awkward. Tiny shower in the hallway with no privacy unless other persons agree to stay in the bedroom behind the sliding door (which also doesn't close fully).

本当に立地が最高でした。駅やゴンドラ乗り場、観光スポットも近く、歩いて回るのにとても便利です。お庭も素敵で、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。

最初は細い路地にあるため少し見つけにくく、外観や入口は古く感じて驚くかもしれません。でも、中に入るととても素敵なホテルで、スタッフの皆さんも親切で、質問すると丁寧に教えてくれました。

朝食はブッフェ形式で種類も豊富。本当に美味しく、毎朝楽しみでした。全体的にとても快適に過ごすことができ、また泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

Cons:

特に不満はありません。強いて言えば、清掃後の芳香剤の香りが少し強く感じました。香りに敏感な方は気になるかもしれません。また、蚊が多いので虫よけ対策がおすすめです。窓を開けると蚊が入ってきやすいので注意した方がいいです

Os funcionários são super simpáticos e solícitos. Nos deixaram entrar antes do horário do check in. O café da manhã é muito bom, o hotel é muito bonito e a localização é excelente.
