Pretends to be 4 star, but more like 2, 3 at best for the architecture. Disappointing.
Pros:

The look is good, location is fine too, the pool looks good in pictures

Cons:

Poor appliances in the room, bad toiletries, no coffee machine, small and aging tv. Bad breakfast, no diversity, some things are charged extra (eg. Fresh orange juice for 5€/glass…. Come on in a 500usd/night room you can’t provide a decent breakfast inclusive of orange juice?!). Weird usage rules for accessing the pool (30 min / day / room… only accessible to children from 11 to 2). Cold staff at times (not all), after checkout you’re a nobody, can not access the snooker anymore while waiting for your cab.

Cons:

Our room wasn't cleaned the only day we came back very tired from our day out but they did send someone immediately to clean the room but we had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Eine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Pool zur Abwechslung. Gute Lage zwischen zwei Vaporetto Anlegern. Nette Umgebung zum Shoppen und essen.

Cons:

Wir waren zum 3. Mal da und sehr früh. Das hatte ich vorher alles bekanntgegeben, man wusste nichts. Zimmer erst ab 14 Uhr, klein und dunkel. Ein Frühstück wurde uns auch nicht angeboten, in guten Hotels macht man das so. Pool ist ein Jacuzzi, es dürfen nur acht Personen auf einmal rein. Vorher müssen Slots gebucht werden und man darf nur eine halbe Stunde drin bleiben. Für uns ok, wir wussten das. Viele waren aber verärgert, weil es nirgendwo bei der Buchung angegeben war. Insbesondere Kinder waren enttäuscht, können wir verstehen.

Fint hotel med lugnt och bra läge. Men lite stelt och inte så välkomnande för barn

Cons:

Poolen behöver bokas och strikta regler, maximalt 30 min per dag. Särskilda tider för barn.
Frukosten inte så varierad. En av medarbetarna övervakade oss för att säkerställa att barnen inte lämnade obevakade i gemensamma utrymmen. Biljardbord i ett för litet rum med flera ömtåliga dekorationer, inte så praktiskt.
Städpersonalen gick in i rummet flera gånger trots att vi meddelat att vi inte behövde städning och satt en stör ej skylt

Lovely hotel, the air con in the rooms was needed in the heatwave, Leonardo serving drinks outside, so polite and great worker, only problems for me was the mattress was hard and not comfy for me, no tea or coffee in the room so had to wait till breakfast at 7, after breakfast thiers only drinks from the bar, no food, but ideal place only 18 min walk to the square . Pool is bookings only for half hour and not cold a but warm
