Ez nem 4 csillagos hotel , még kettőnek sem felelt meg. Aki otthonrol egy igényesebb környezetből jött az ide ne jöjjön.

Cons:

Felüntetve wellnes lehetőség volt, megérkezve derült ki , hogy nem lehet hasznàlni felár ellenében sem , mert nem volt. Lassú internet, ritkàn volt jó.
A fürdőszoba tiszta, de lelakott. A szobák nagyon kicsik. A reggeliben kevés a választék.

Rather 3*, for room and bedding
Pros:

It is cozy hotel, good location, easy to reach all major attractions and close enough to visit Canaletto for evening dinner. Overall it is not too noisy around, relatively good breakfast (for Italy it is pretty generous actually).
Nice reception and lobby are. I loved historic twist and Giorgione replica’s in common areas.

Cons:

I would give 3 stars, not 4. Our particular Deluxe room did not match what is shown in the pictures - it felt more like an economy room. We wanted to change the room, but unfortunately hotel was fully booked during festive weekend.

The bedding was also not great: there were no proper duvet covers, and the duvet was separated only by a sheet. An uncovered duvet does not give a sense of cleanliness.

There were also plenty of mosquitoes in the room. I know perfectly well that windows should not be opened in Venice because of mosquitoes, but they were already there before we arrived. It was absolutely unpleasant to be woken up early in the morning by mosquitoes.

Venetian charm.
Pros:

Great hotel in a great central position. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast mixed and varied suiting many tastes and nationalities. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room would be the only improvement.
If visiting again would book the same hotel.
