Belle prestation accueil remarquable !
Pros:

Le Directeur des réservations nous a reçu personnellement avec beaucoup de gentillesse et un grand professionnalisme !
L’ensemble de L’équipe à été très attentive et attentionnée !
Un établissement très bien tenu très propre , un petit déjeuner d’excellente qualité rien ne manque sur un superbe buffet !
Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir Au Vendôme Opéra hôtel.

Pros:

la posizione è sicuramente ottima, così come la vicinanza al parcheggio, per chi raggiunge l'hotel in auto come noi.
Staff cortese e disponibile

Cons:

il giorno int cui siamo arrivati la pulizia era sommaria e mancava sapone doccia e carta igienica (1 solo rotolo), nei giorni successivi è migliorata.
La colazione veramente scadente
