They weas great the room was nice and price was excellent.

Cons:

What didn't like is tha they had different staff not all of their was cleaning my room only was one older woman whom clean very well the younger staff half did any cleaning any didn't leave any towels sometimes. Also these room should have a microwave in them.

Pros:

I liked the staff & the availability with reasonable prices last min.

Cons:

I did not like the status of the bed sheets and cleanliness of the carpet. The bed sheets were all stained with detergent or black marks, the carpet was dirty.

I like the hotel design, layout, and furniture.

Cons:

The staff is never really friendly or accommodating of requests. I had booked a suite with two beds, but the lady at the front desk initially refused to give me this until I showed her my booking confirmation, which explicitly said I had booked a suite with two beds.

The location is good if you're driving. Otherwise this is in the middle of nowhere. The lobby is nicely decorated and I like the overall theme of the hotel and the designs and the furniture of the rooms.

Cons:

The staff, especially those at the front desk, are not friendly. Their job is literally to help and to greet the visitors, but they are not nice. Some of the rooms smell very bad, and the elevator also reeks of smoke. The gym needs to be renovated and there should be better equipment.
