Pros:

Chris is always the highlight of staying there. We like the location as we know our way around after staying there for several years now.

Cons:

TV was intermittent due to internet issues. Breakfast buffet is too expensive for what they offer.

If I could give this place a negative rating, that would be too generous.
We went to Inn at Grand Glaize for our 25th anniversary. Mistake. Room was filthy. Mold around shower/tub in bath. Toilet very nasty-we had to clean bathroom ourselves just to deal with it.
Sticky, dried on mess on the desk was awful. Needed a jackhammer to remove whatever was crusted on and petrified. Sliding door to balcony was barely movable the glass was filthy inside & out, as well as the random, non-matching chairs on the balcony. Who wants to sit in such a unwelcoming space?
From our room view we saw the cove as well as the trash thrown & on the grounds not attended to by staff.

We were so bummed out that an establishment had fallen into such a pathetic state. The room we received should never have been rented to anyone. Stay away from this “resort”. They take no pride in upkeep.

Overall a great stay and would go back.
Pros:

Staff was excellent very friendly and inviting. The door man was the friendliest person I encountered. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

Cons:

The soap in the bathroom was empty and the grounds had a lot of trash down towards the pool. That is on visitors and people not picking up after themselves. Unfortunately it doesn't look great for the hotel though.

The greeter, he's awesome!

Cons:

TV sucked, was hard to try and figure out what channels I could watch. Microwave sucked, just wanted a time cook button and put my food in for a minute and a half. Not possible

We left at 2 a.m. and drove home.
Pros:

The location to where we needed to be was good.

Cons:

It was old - with that said, there are basic items that should be in each room….a trash can in the bathroom, Kleenex, shower soap (dispenser was empty), we had to have maintenance come in immediately to unclog the toilet, no plastic liner in the only trash can, lock broke on the door. Noisy neighbors, the constant smell of marijuana.

Never again! It was ridiculously disgusting and will never be on my recommend or stay again list!

Everything! I called the hotel and asked questions, nothing was said about it being a college party weekend! The entire hotel was full of drunk, high pompass perks! They were disgusting, dirty throwing their garbage wherever they pleased! We complained multiple times and told me I'd be getting a refund, yet booking has not contacted me. The rooms were disgusting, dirty and fairly certain our smoke alarm wasn't actually in working order since it was hanging down. Nothing was cleaned. The ice buckets had no liners...gross! So you want me to put ice that goes in my cup in something without a liner (I can only imagine the ick that's been inside that!)

Not clean, outdated. Not worth price
Cons:

Entry way had people smoking cigarettes and marijuana. Elevators smelled heavily of marijuana. Rooms was cleaned but no clean. Bathroom was outdated. Add said free breakfast, but the bar had $12.95 breakfast. Would not recommend

Got what I paid for. Nice staff.

Room smelled bad. Hall smelled bad. TV didn't work. Staff couldn't remedy that issue.
