Bed uncomfortable. Carpet dirty. Room had a bad odor. Peeling paint on ceiling & corner edges of wall. Blow dryer didn't work. Broken Door Handle to balcony.

Chris was amazing very respectful and a cool guy I appreciate him for making the the trip enjoyable.
Pros:

I liked that the hot tub and pool are open all night makes it very comfortable to take a night swim and relax after a long day.

Cons:

To be honest everything was clean and pretty up to date so no complaints on my end great hotel.

Pros:

Location is great. We have chocolate senh that is specifically place before. Pool is good if you are physically capable of getting in down to it.
Mostly Chris the doorman makes it great! The other parts are fixable but require investment.

No TV the entire time

Toenails on the floor my daughter picked up, mold on the pull out couch and various other stains, I could hear doors slamming until 4 a.m. They split our
My daughter text me at 2 a.m. saying a roach was on the wall. ( In another room) Their fridge made such an awful noise we had to unplug it the entire time. My other daughter picked up a hair clip like an entire claw clip that did not belong to me.
Sadly I was so glad we only stayed one night and regretted just getting an Airbnb. The shower also filled up to my ankles. I called about the TV not functioning and was told to try to unplug and plug back in. Nothing else offered. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore until they address pests, cleaning staff, and update generally speaking. Please take this constructively bc you will continue to lose more guests.

Pros:

The location, staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable

Cons:

We had to ask for towels (only 2 but we booked for 4 people), had to ask for sheets/pillow for the pull out couch—that wouldn’t fully pull out, bathroom was not very clean

Best pool party for kids!
Pros:

The hotel made my twins birthday so special! I could have found a cheaper place for an outdoor pool party but they were so great that we even got a room for the night not just the pavilion and pool. Weather was not on our side with the wind that made us not be able to use majority of our decor. That is by far not the fault of the hotel. Thank you Heidi the coordinator for being such a great host!! After having a very very hard two weeks prior with sadness in our family they made our stay top notch!

I think the rooms need checked more thoroughly by staff to ensure everything is in order
Pros:

The beds are very soft! The front desk attendant was very understanding when I told her about my issues. This is my second stay at this hotel and the first visit was amazing so I believe this time was just a fluke.

Cons:

The room coffee pot didn’t work, the latch on the door was broken, the tv remote didn’t work, and the body wash and shampoo dispensers were both completely empty.

Beautiful view!
Pros:

The view, the location in nature, the beds were very comfy and rooms immaculate

Cons:

Parking is a nightmare, the restaurant is only open sporadically, advertised breakfast but there is a fee, housekeeping was not very nice, no microwaves in rooms only one in the lobby
