كل الشكر والتقدير للمنقذ المسؤول على مسبح الفندق (الغامدي) مشرف المسبح،
على حرصه الكبير على سلامة الأطفال، حيث تميّز بمتابعته المباشرة ووقوفه المستمر لتوجيههم منذ لحظة دخولهم إلى المسبح وحتى خروج آخر طفل، مع اعتماده آلية دقيقة لحصر أعداد الأطفال والتأكد من تواجدهم.

هذا الاهتمام والمسؤولية العالية أسهما في توفير بيئة آمنة ومنظمة، ومنحا أولياء الأمور وساكني الفندق راحة واطمئنانًا كبيرين، وهو ما يعكس وعيًا ومسؤولية عالية من قبل مشرف المسبح " الغامدي " تستحق الإشادة.

- الموقع جيد إلى حد ما وقربه من الكورنيش.

Cons:

- الأثاث قديم جداً، الكنب في الغرفة ومرتبة الأرجل والموكيت عليها آثار كثرة الاستخدام وغير نظيفة.
- السعر مرتفع مقارنة بجودة الأثاث والمرافق الأخرى، ويعتبر الفندق قديم ومتمسك بأدواته القديمة.

الفندق ممتاز بس يوجد بعض الملاحظات على الاستقبال والغرفه ذكرتها سابقا

موقع الفندق ممتاز وكان الفندق مريح وهادئ

Cons:

انا حاجز غرفتين يوم الخميس لشخصين ولما حضر لاستلام الغرفتين كان تعامل الاستقبال غير جيد اعطي رقم الحجز والبيانات كاملة فشكك موظف الاستقبال في الحجز وقال لم يظهر لي الحجز مع العلم اني لما حجزت في بوكنق تواصلت عن طريق الهاتف وردت علي موظفت الفندق واعطيتها نفس رقم الحجز الي اعطي لموظف الاستقبال وجاوبتني بكل احترام وقالت ان الحجز مؤكد وتم دفع المبلغ فرق بينها وبين موظف الاستقبال اللذي شكك في مصداقية الحجز
ثانيا كانت احدى الغرف لا يوجد فيها شامبو

فندق خمس نجوم انا مصدوم من اللذي حصل
