لايوجد جهاز atm بالفندق وهذا صعب للمسافرين يوجد موظف استقبال اسمه فيصل غير مهذب ولا يعرف القوانين حيث طلبنا الغاء الحجز واصر ان يكون الالغاء من موقعكم بحسب راي مديره بالداخل على حد قوله مع العلم اني طلبت الغاء منكم وجاء الرد الالغاء من الفندق الا انه تعنت معنا وبعد جدال تم الالغاء من الفندق واخذ خصم ليله+400 ريال اضافيه مع اني لم اقيم بالفندق سوا 5 ساعات

Pros:

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff is friendly. We were there during Ramadan, so breakfast was served in the room. There was a wide selection and a very large amount of food. The pool is very nice, but the water was a bit cold.

Cons:

The bathroom could use some renovation.

Schönes Hotel im alten Stil mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten
Große, gut ausgestattete und ruhige Zimmer
Schöner Ausblick, allerdings nicht von allen Zimmern
Gute Lage, um einen Spaziergang an der Corniche zu starten

Der Balkon war aufgrund des Taubendrecks kaum benutzbar

تم الحجز في مطعم الفندق لإفطار رمضان وتم تحديد الطاوله وإختيارها وعند الدخول للمطعم للإفطار بلغنا مدير المطعم بأن الطاوله أخذها زبون اخر ورفضت وخرجت من المطعم وأفطرت خارج الفندق بعد الأذان بفتره .
