Initial contact at the reception. The lady staff I met abandoned me & had to meet another officer to before I was attended to. This is in-spite of the fact that I had a booking & also an IHG member.

توجد بعض الملاحظات لكن يضل من افضل الفنادق لدي

موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا المرافق الخارجيه كانت مذهله وجميله وتعامل الموضفين كان في قمة الرقي

Cons:

نظافة الفندق نوعا ما ليست في المستوى المطلوب و اثاث الفندق قديم جدا وايضا عانيت من مشكله في دورة المياه حيث ان ارضية الحمام بعد الاستخدام لا تجف بسرعه وتبقى لساعات طويله مبلله

أفضل تجربة فندقية علي الإطلاق, شكرا لفندق إنتركونتيننتال, وشكر خاص جدا لمشرفة الإستقبال (أستاذه وديان) علي مساعدتها الرائعة فبفضلها كانت الإقامة ممتازة والإنطباع عن كل شئ متميز ورائع بداية من تسجيل الدخول حتي ترتيب سيارة التوصيل للمطار, شكرا مرة أخري أستاذه وديان. ✌✨
