Pros:

Ett lite mindre hotell som känns familjärt. Personalen var mycket trevlig. Läget är också väldigt bra. Bussen stannar precis utanför och går i princip var 10e minut och går smidigt in till Skenderbeu torg. Man kan också gå 15-20 minuter.

Man kunde önska nytillagade korvar och ägg från en väldigt trevlig kvinna som hade hand om frukosten.

Cons:

Frukosten är lagom i utbud men tyvärr så fungerar inte värmaren till det varma utbudet (ägg och korv) så jätte bra så äggröran var inte varm. Och det fanns ingen nedkylning till yoghurt, pålägg etc så det låg framme i några timmar och var ej kallt.
Det finns speciella nerkylningabrickor de kunde inversterat i för att höja kvalitén på frukosten.
Däremot gick det bra att önska nygjorda korvar och ägg från den jätte trevliga kvinnan som håller ordning på frukosten. Vilket var bra.
Vi hade också önskat en mer uppdaterad tv på vissa rum. Vissa rum har en mer modern variant med streaming -möjlighet vilket är viktigt för oss då tv-kanalerna inte alltid fungerade av någon anledning. Vi är ett ungt par som gärna spenderar kvällen bekvämt med Netflix och YouTube när man inte är ute på stan. Vi frågade någon i receptionen om det fanns rum med denna möjlighet. Men fick till svar att det inte fanns. Vid senare tillfälle såg vi att det fanns i vissa rum och hade gladeligen betalat extra för uppgradering.
Fanns också endast en stol på varje balkong och inget bord vilket också gjorde att man ej kunde sitta på balkongen tillsammans på kvällen.
Förvaringsmöjligheter kunde också varit lite bättre i tex badrum och dusch.
Till sist satt även ägaren eller någon man som tillhörde hotellet och rökte inomhus i lobbyn vilket kändes lite onödigt.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.

At check-in around 9pm, after a long 7-hour journey, we were already exhausted. At the front desk, the receptionist was unhelpful and came across as rude when we asked for drinking water. We were given bottled water from the bar and asked to pay, and when we explained we just needed regular drinking water, we were told to “drink water in the toilet,” which was very unprofessional.

In the room, there was no bottled water provided. We also experienced very poor sound insulation between rooms, and could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms throughout the night, which made it very difficult to sleep.

On a positive note, the morning receptionist was much more helpful and polite.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Gutes Stadthotel mit guter Anbindung
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super verkehrsgünstig und direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle. Von dort konnte man auch mehrere Restaurants fußläufig erreichen.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Fenster im Badezimmer war leicht defekt, sodass man es nicht ganz schließen konnte. Abends war die Straße leicht zu hören.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar vielfältig, jedoch war der Service dort eher langsam.

Friendly and welcoming staff, simple but very tasty breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms.

Cons:

It is a 20-min walk to main square, but the neighbourhood feels safe, so to me this was not an issue.
