I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Muscat and was absolutely delighted! This place perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and a high level of service. The hotel is beautifully designed in an elegant Eastern style, and both the architecture and interiors create the atmosphere of a true Arabian fairytale.
The room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — from high-quality toiletries to the cozy ambiance. Housekeeping was done daily and at a high standard.
I would especially like to highlight the staff — incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. You can truly feel genuine hospitality and care for guests. One particularly memorable moment: we asked about the name of a chili sauce in the restaurant, and the chef not only told us about it but also gifted us a whole jar — a very unexpected and приятный gesture!
The breakfasts were diverse and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes for every taste. The restaurants on the hotel grounds were also impressive — excellent cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and the pool is clean and comfortable: there is a bar right in the water, the sun loungers are always clean and neat, and towels are provided separately, which is very convenient. The location is also great — close to the sea with beautiful views.
This is a perfect place both for leisure and business trips. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!
