Cons:

Bed uncomfortable. Squeaks. Woke up everytime I moved. Towels were not soft at all. Breakfast marginal. Front desk help not helpful to someone that’s never been there before.

Cons:

We were not aware that a remodel was going on.The gym was not available , which again we did not know prior to arrival.The juice machine was broken and no juice was available. A staff member couldn't have gone to the Safeway and purchased juice and put it in some pitchers??? The construction noise was until 8 at night next to our room , breakfast was in a dirty room , had to step around workers and equipment , it was simply a disaster

Disappointed. I booked this for some friends and my husband and me. I felt very embarrassed.
Pros:

The hotel was having major renovations which we were not told about. Many facilities were not available but we were still charged full price. I think we should be refunded at least some of the cost of this hotel.
This was a special trip for us and the hotel was a big disappointment.
I have booked through Booking.com many times previously but never had such a poor hotel.

Cons:

Renovations.
Builders with noise and dust 8am to 7pm
No pool or fitness centre.
Breakfast area in a por meeting room.
No carpets or floor covering in corridors.

The location was great! The breakfast was as well!

Cons:

Customer service could improve a bit. One can tell they enjoy their job or they don't.

The faucet in the bathroom was placed in a way that would cause water do get all over the counter. The coat hooks feel off because they were secured by this tacky tape stuff.

This hotel suited me perfectly!
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it is very close to where my sister lives, and it's in a very convenient location. It's close to a pharmacy and lots of restaurants, but not in the touristy section of Sedona. There was a hot breakfast as well as cereal, toast, etc. The breakfast tasted good and was perfect for fueling up for the day ahead. The coffee in the lobby was excellent. My room had everything I needed--very comfortable beds, a little refrigerator, a coffee maker and coffee, a microwave, and a hairdryer. FYI: there was no safe in the room, but I felt very secure there. Plus, I did not bring a lot of jewelry. The shower was great; there was plenty of hot water. Also, there was a blackout shade that helped me sleep very well. I really felt at home for six days.

Cons:

The only reason I'm not giving a score of 10 is because I did not have much of a view out my window. My room was on the inside of the hotel and was by the pool. However, I was not looking for a view when I made my reservation. Sedona is so beautiful, and I spent plenty of time outdoors and at my sister's home. All good:)
