I enjoyed my stay at this clean, comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Corey and Stacy.

Cons:

I would have appreciated knowing before I arrived that the parking lot was going to be repaved during my stay. It was only a minor inconvenience, though, and the staff has assured me that they are waiving parking fees due to the inconvenience.

Pros:

The location was perfect! The trailheads we were going to were all west of town so we didn't have to drive through the heavy town traffic to get where we wanted to go. Also they provide an early buffet breakfast for those who need to hit the trails early.

Cons:

Apparently housekeeping is only "every other day" per the desk clerk. We checked in, stayed that day/night, the entire next day/night, and checked out the 3rd day. Housekeeping never came during our stay so we had to grab some pool towels for the room, empty our trash, and make our beds during our 2-night stay for $845.00.

Great location . Proximity to many restaurants and great access to starting points of many trails .

Cons:

Rooms and toilets are not properly cleaned. Food supply for guests during breakfast is not maintained. Many guests had to wait for food availability each day. Cleaning in the breakfast area might be better considering big amount and turnaround of the guests.

The breakfast lady was a sweetheart. Very kind to the kids and other patrons

The synthetic sheets were horribly uncomfortable. The evening reception staff was not very friendly.

Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Didn't use any other amenities of the property.

Cons:

Canceled our stay after the first night. Room was really small for 4 people. Beds were uncomfortable with springs poking you while you sleep.

Would not refer this property for the price.
Pros:

Muffins.

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable. Squeaks. Woke up everytime I moved. Towels were not soft at all. Breakfast marginal. Front desk help not helpful to someone that’s never been there before.
