Woburn Offers Better Value Than Downtown Boston
Pros:

I was member of IHG and came in 6 hours early before check in time. They able to check me in early during my arrival as member of IHG. I was happy about that . The hotel was close to restaurants and shops. Love the breakfast and hotel location. Plenty of parking .

Cons:

Highly recommended to stay here in Holiday Inn Express Boston North Woburn. The service here is outstanding.

Pros:

Good location for highway access and retail/services across the street. Breakfast was good. Nice linens.

Overall it was good. Staff accommodating. My sister LOVED the pancake maker.
Pros:

Location, easy to get to w/o getting on the highway.

Cons:

The window had no blinds and the frosted covering on it did not keep out enough light.
It felt like a light was on inside the room.
Waking up during the night made it seem like it was daylight outside and hard to gage what the actual time was. Very distracting especially sleeping in the bed next to the window.

The phone in our room had no jack, so no connection. When we spoke to maintenance he told us, no phone jack, but did ask if we wanted another room. We went to the desk when in need of something.

Pros:

Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and i would like to mention Christian, who provided especially good service during our stay. Free parking was available, and there are restaurants and shops just across the road, which made things very convenient. The location worked well for us, and it was easy to reach the city center by parking at the train station. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
