There was no hot tub:( My wife and I were hoping that there would be one, but that’s okay! We still had the pool.
Well I was coming into town and needed a hotel with a pool. I called because I was going to be coming in earlier than what I expected, I told them I needed something near the pool so that my handicap sister wouldn't have to walk very far. As I got there to sign in, the he-she at the counter was very rude because I was upset there was no pool or hot tub it was both empty and I specifically asked for a pool and hot tub. That's why I called earlier in the day. So I canceled my room and I left and went to a different hotel. Very snobby and rude management.

The location
We didn't even get to stay here because the Internet was off and was unable to check in and was offered no timeline as to when other than we will call you. The hotel doesn't match the pictures as the pool is empty and the hot tub is filled in. Was never told when booked or even after. The bathroom close to check in was dirty. There was smashed hot dog I'm guessing all over the ground where you come in at. We pulled up from driving 3+ hours away with a car full of kids ready to go swim just to walk in to these issues. The guy working front desk assured us that they would agree to the refund because the hotel was not as stated. Well after checking in next door at holiday inn express we were notified we weren't being refunded so now I'm contacting corporate to fight for the refund. The whole reason we booked there to begin with was for the pool and hot tub. Save the headache and just go book next door at the holiday inn, which was a great experience all around!!
The breakfast was good, and so was the staff!

Electric outlets on lamps and desks need to be replaced. Ours nothing stayed plugged in. My hubby had to go a night without his cpap machine which we didn’t like
The place was very quiet and the beds were comfy
The room was dusty and my two year old found candy wrappers under the edge of the bed. House keeping also came and knocked on my door three times at 10 when checkout wasn’t until 11am
The breakfast was very good. Better than I expected.
Housekeeping. The manager had my rooms cleaned after I voiced a complaint. I want to thank him.
No microwave in the rooms.
