Tempe Beach - Road Trip 2026
Pros:

Location was great, staff was wonderful

Cons:

We had to move rooms (313 over to 316) due to plumbing issues. The room was smaller and balcony was odd view and loaded with bird poop 🥲 not as good as initial room and the chair was a twin where as other room had larger double.
We also had issues with our keys.
Gym is OK -Small but efficient.

Dumpy and overpriced
Pros:

The location was great and was the primary driver for booking this property. The staff was also very friendly.

Cons:

Upon entering our room, the smell of marijuana was very prevalent, even though it explicitly stated in the room that it wasn't allowed. The entire property seemed in need of attention and some TLC. The main elevator closest to the lobby looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for weeks, the carpet tiles looked like they should have been replaced years ago and the protective metal paneling towards the bottom was curled up in one section. Dark bathroom with a single light hiding the debris and hair around the edges of the bathroom. Overall, this hotel seemed dumpy and overpriced.

Chambre propre et lit très confortable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter a pied

Cons:

Petit déjeuner a prendre a l extérieur en le prenant avec la chambre vous n aurait qu un café Starbucks et un muffin....ce n est pas un buffet donc préférer le prendre a l extérieur

Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer

Sehr gute Lage zur ASU. Zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Restaurants sehr viele in der Umgebung. Zu Fuß ist man auch gleich am Fluss. Toll zum laufen und spazieren.

Cons:

Kein Tresor am Zimmer . Ist aber scheinbar nicht in allen Zimmern so.
Wertgegenstände Konnten an der Rezeption abgegeben werden
