It was fine. Indifferent.
Pros:

The water pressure and the pleasant staff

Cons:

Didn’t like the pillows and the toilet was runny all night. We also couldn’t adjust the temperature on the thermostat.

My stay at Marriott Norwich
Pros:

I travel a lot for work and have stayed at MANY Marriott (and other) hotels. While my amenities experience at this hotel was not anything special (I was looking forward to a hot tub that didn't exist), the one and only reason that I would ever stay there again is the concierge named Mateo. He was ALWAYS friendly, gave us great advice on the local restaurants and never seemed like he was too busy or disgruntled to help a customer, which I frequently encounter.
To Marriott, If that man is not a manager, already, you would be wise to promote him!

Nice!
Pros:

Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful! Clean room and clean lobby that had lots of seating. Decent pool and fitness center. The Starbucks cafe had good breakfast options, but you have to pay for everything. Easy location right off the highway, but not noisy. Only downsides were no free breakfast and no shuttle.

Amazing family experience!
Pros:

Had an amazing time this weekend! We stayed for our daughter’s 8th birthday and my daughters both loved it. The hotel is extremely clean and updated. Beautiful lobby and fireplace. The pool was fantastic heated just enough with sitting room and clean towels kids had a blast. The staff was extremely accommodating any issue they had they promptly fixed and went above our expectations to ensure our satisfaction I was actually blown away. Free cookies and hot chocolate for the kids and dad! The room was extremely spacious we booked room 102 king one bedroom suite plenty of room for 4 people. I would say the only drawback was you can hear the floor above but it wasn’t terrible. And lastly, before checkout we ate the bistro breakfast and it was a 10/10. Jenny or j9 and the staff were so friendly and did a little extra for our daughter’s birthday and we were so happy. The food was incredible as well as the coffee and left a great last impression checking out of the hotel. I can’t thank the morning manager and the bistro staff enough for giving us a great stay and creating lifelong memories. We will definitely be returning and the casino is only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel.

It worked for it's purpose but nothing special.
Pros:

Relatively clean, gym was a bonus

Cons:

Front desk wasn't very polite.
Wouldn't accommodate late check-out.
No bedding in the room for the sleeper sofa.

Noise of renovation was loud. Carpet in the hallway been completely pulled up early in the morning. Renovation staff was friendly.
