Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt ; das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert !
Pros:

super Frühstück in einer tollen klassischen - fast vornehmen- Atmosphäre mit einem sehr netten und umsichtigen, persönlichen Service!
in der Lobby gab es kostenlos Limetten-Minze-Wasser ; eine Wohltat an heißen Tagen
Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und auch schalldichte Fenster
man konnte - der Umwelt zuliebe - auch auf die tägliche Reinigung verzichten ; das macht Sinn ! v.a. bei Kurzaufenthalten
die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Augsburg und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und mit Straßenbahn und Bus nur 300 m entfernt war ideal zum Entdecken der Stadt

Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Augsburg
Pros:

Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel in Citylage.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr ansprechend und alles ist sehr sauber.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Leider waren die Betten ziemlich unbequem und die Qualität der Kopfkissen passte nicht zur ansonsten wirklich guten Ausstattung.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr lecker. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch von Altstadt und Shopping, auch bei einer Anreise mit der Bahn.

Personal spitze, Zimmer eher schlecht.
Cons:

Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort und hatten jedesmal Zimmer 37. Zimmer ist zwar ok, aber die Lage ist sehr schlecht. Die ganze Nacht ist es laut von der Straße her. Wir kommen nur wieder, sollten wir ein besseres Zimmer bekommen, ansonsten verzichten wir auf das Hotel.

Erg schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Slecht te bereiken met de auto wat navigatie betreft. Tip, volg borden parkeergarage Annahof, dat ligt bijna ernaast. Veel duidelijker!
