Clean, quality and good value
Pros:

Modern, clean, modern air con so room fan was quiet. Good breakfast in the restaurant and liked the text concierge service.

Cons:

Prefer to have coffee tea facility in the room, but deluxe coffee/tea/hot chocolate service was available in the lobby.

Solid stay at the Monaco!
Pros:

Very friendly to our pets! Nice accommodating staff. Great experience.

Cons:

The hotel is under construction but the room looked good. No windows in the rooms and the A/C didn't seem to get too cold.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Our pet kitties were allowed to stay and at no charge. Kitties bowls and toys were provided. The restaurant was inside the hotel and valet parking was provided. The hotel was easy driving distance to Virginia Mason Hospital. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Staff are always polite and very helpful.

Our stay was exactly what we needed. Everything was perfect.
Pros:

The property is timeless, sophisticated yet very comforting and cozy and well designed/decorated. The amenities are endless and the staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are so relaxing and so clean and organized! Lastly the food in the hotel restaurant was so delicious.

Cons:

They got rid of the smash burger…. Very sad to hear about it.. the people yearn for it haha
