Staff and rooms were very nice
Main elevator was broken had to walk a long distance to working elevvator husband has bad hip and knee it was very painfull having to walk further also noted other clients with disabilites struggling with the long walks Pool was ice cold and spa was supper hot the smell of chlorine was way to high Appears the filter on the pool wasnt working
Lobby was clean and quiet. Parking lot was also well maintained with several empty spots. Minnie the lady at the front desk was so kind, welcoming and gave us free cookies! Thank you Minnie and DoubleTree!
This is a clean and welcoming property which is pleasant and well appointed. Our visit coincided with an intense heat wave and unfortunately, the AC in our room couldn't keep up. The GM, Ishan Amin, was on top of it immediately, called in his engineer and had us happily (coolly!) settled in our room within an hour. He's a wonderful example of problem solving - and we noted that all the staff was solution oriented on matters big and small - I positively recommend this hotel!

I couldn’t use my streaming service that I brought with me because I couldn’t change the HDMI’s on the TV and I didn’t like that the air conditioner really didn’t work and fridge did not work very well either
Hotel is nice on the outside and the staff was friendly. However, the beds were uncomfortable. Dogs were barking constantly. Walls were paper thin and the breakfast was $20 per person. Seems like this hotel does not meet the Hilton standard.
Victoria was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with things to do and see during our stay.
The front desk staff was awesome. We arrived early and they were able to get us into our room right away. Reservations were made last minute (the day before ) and when we showed up the front desk was so kind. The cookies are amazing!
Location
The manager was unavailable for the new employee when checking in which took 1 hour and checking out took 2 hours. Ashlynn did her best.
I like the remodeled rooms.
I didn't like the fact that the ADA Shower Chair was broken when I tried to shower. I was very disappointed that a chair was not available for me. I specifically requested a Shower Chair in my request at booking. I was assured that one would be available. One was not. I asked for a discount or to be moved at the front desk but was not answered when i was present. i had to leave for my tournament and was not aware they were going to move me. i missed several calls but I was at the tournament all day. When i did arrive back at the hotel, i was informed that they would move me to an ADA Room. Also, the elevators had railings that fell off when I grabbed it to help stabalize myself as I'm mobility impaired as well as an amputee.
