It was terrifying and unnerving. the food at breakfast was terribly disappointing cold eggs pancakes and JUMBO box of pancake syrup and ketchup which should have been1 individual

The front desk staff are very kind and considerate. Always pleasant. Haven't had issues before we've stayed in the same room years ago but that's when the kiddo was a lot smaller and we could share the bed.
The room this time was not clean and could most definitely use some renovations. The room was black mold around the tub, rust in the tub/drain. Also pulled out the sofa bed to try and get a good sleep and there was some sort of crumbs, stains, and unknown things on the sofabed cover. We were moved to a different suite on the upper floor but I have a disability and from gathering all our things and moving upstairs at 1am was truly hard on me and the 11 yr old I had with me for the pageant.
Would be nice also to be a little more handicap accessible, and more handicap parking.
Been staying here for many years and would stay only in the two double pool walkouts.

Not clean at all in my opinion. Our room also stank of cigarette smoke. Hotel staff did try and resolve the issue however they could not find why. But they did try!
Our booking was for pay at hotel, late arrival. When we got to the hotel, a charge had already been put on my credit card. I showed this to the hotel front desk clerk who insisted I had not yet been billed for my stay and would have to be charged. They told me I could follow up with the credit card company or booking.com to sort out any extra billing. While they were courteous, this was very unsatisfactory and a bit unsettling. Not a good way to head to bed. The room was decent but the overall hotel (not the individual room) hvac system was extremely loud in the room and made it more challenging to fall asleep. The breakfast was okay but food and some beverages were not refilled as promptly as they could be. We were halfway through our breakfast when yogurt was brought out. We think the breakfast room team were very friendly and doing the best they could - the room was full and maybe they could have used some extra help.
When we checked out, I asked the morning front desk clerk about being charged twice for the room. They advised the billing to my card occurred because we had passed the cancellation timeline and would have been charged for the room if we showed up or not. They said we would not be charged twice. They were super helpful and I was relieved. This would have been really good to know the night before when we checked in. I suggested the other clerk be informed and they check their training to ensure their team members have the knowledge to answer customer questions.
