Great value for money and convenient location

Location is convenient from transport perspective/ nice beds, staff and value for money

Cons:

Tram line / noisy if your windows look on the street.
Room layout is not convenient if you are not alone - shower / wash bowl in the hall.

Not sure about 4 stars.. lobby is small and dark.. breakfast is disappointing for 4 stars. No proper restaurants.

Pros:

Hotel muy cómodo cerca de estaciones de trenes y metro, y asimismo cerca del centro y de los barrios más interesantes y emblemáticos de Milán.

La habitación súper grande y cómoda, el personal muy amable y agradable.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que el tranvía pasa cada 5-10 min justo debajo del hotel, desde las 6h hasta las 23h y obviamente hace bastante ruido.

The layout of the shower, sink, and toilet is weird and inconvenient. Poor soundproofing. Uncomfortable pillows. The room felt quite cold in winter, and the lighting was dim. If the hotel positioned itself as a 3-star property, this would be understandable, but we expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Worst and most expensive breakfast I ever had
Cons:

25€ per person for breakfast and they gave us one of the shittiest breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. The quality and quantity was like a cheap b&b. Worth 10€ at most. The rest of the stay and hotel was fine, but 25€ for 30g of stale bread and 3 slices of ham??? Daylight robbery.

25€ a testa per la colazione ed è stata una delle peggiori io abbia mai avuto in hotel. Qualità e quantità da b&b squallido. Valeva al massimo 10€. 25€ a testa per letteralmente una pagnottina veccia da 30g e 3 fette di prosciutto. Per il resto l’albergo va bene ma una recensione positiva non la posso fare dopo un lavoro del genere.

Great hotel, other than the bed.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location with great connection to other parts of the city. The room was clean and good sized, and also quiet with no outside noise.

Cons:

The bed!!! Most uncomfortable sleep we have had in a hotel bed in our lives. The mattress was almost like sleeping on a board. Also, there was only one pillow each, which was of poor quality and really unsupportive.
