Staff are lovely, 5 star.
It is close to some good eating and drinking places.

Cons:

There is an industrial design to the hotel, which translates to the rooms being dark and the lighting could be better otherwise fine.

Cons:

AC didn’t work in our room, the hotel does not let you control the ac only them. Breakfast was just a muffin.

Great stay.
Pros:

Ideal for a quick overnight stay in Milan. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. 10 minute walk to Metro station to Centro. Would stay again. We went to Tommys Bar - 2 minute walk for breakfast - thoroughly recommend and il Retrobottega to eat in the evening - very, very nice food and setting and not too expensive.

Cons:

Only that there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Not a major problem as there are a plethora of bars nearby.
