Vi havde et udmærket ophold på Hotel Rex, men beliggenheden levede ikke helt op til vores forventninger.

Cons:

Desværre sluttede opholdet med en skuffende oplevelse. Vi glemte et par sko på altanen ved værelset og kontaktede receptionen kort tid efter, da vi opdagede det. Vi fik dog at vide, at skoene ikke kunne findes, selv om vi er sikre på, at de stod tilbage, da vi forlod hotellet.

Det efterlader os med en dårlig oplevelse, og derfor vil vi opfordre andre gæster til at være ekstra opmærksomme på deres ejendele og ikke forvente, at glemte ting nødvendigvis bliver fundet eller afleveret.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel esclusivamente perché pubblicizzava il servizio navetta da e per lo IEO. Prima di confermare la prenotazione abbiamo inviato un'e-mail per avere informazioni e ci è stato risposto che la navetta era gratuita. Solo al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che questa agevolazione non è prevista per chi prenota tramite Booking e che il servizio ha un costo di 15 € a tratta per camera.
Riteniamo che questa limitazione avrebbe dovuto essere comunicata con chiarezza fin dall'inizio, soprattutto considerando che la struttura si rivolge anche a pazienti oncologici e ai loro accompagnatori, persone che spesso affrontano situazioni di particolare fragilità fisica ed emotiva.
Inoltre, l'hotel si trova in una zona che non abbiamo trovato particolarmente gradevole. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono piuttosto piccoli e gli arredi appaiono datati.
Un ulteriore inconveniente si è verificato dopo la prima notte: durante il riordino della camera sono stati rimossi tutti gli asciugamani e ne è stato lasciato soltanto uno.
Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo pagato, riteniamo che sia possibile trovare strutture migliori, anche a costi inferiori, in zone più piacevoli e con una comunicazione decisamente più trasparente nei confronti degli ospiti.
