It was nice, and the free cookies was excellent
Pros:

I did not take advance of the breakfast it was to early in the morning, the last day of stay I did eat a little because it was until 10.am

Pros:

The desk clerks, the first two days breakfasts, the TV except we could not get it to work, we could not find the instructions. .

Cons:

The room phone did not work from day one.
The elevator did not work on day 3 when we were departing. We both have disabilities and had to use the stairwell. Due to those facts we were later for breakfast and things were gone and not warm.
However, we will continue to utilized Holiday inn Express facilities as we travel for our work.

10/10 will go back again!
Pros:

The place was super clean. The hygiene products were excellent. I almost felt like I didn't need to bring my own. The staff was phenomenal! Already planning another visit.

Cons:

No complaints really but maybe some continental breakfast options for the earlier risers?

Terrible, little to no maintenance, hallways dirty
