Cambridge Suites Toronto

I have been staying here for 25 years for business. Staff is great. Love the suites and are spacious, unlike the shoe box "modern " hotels.

I was served by Odiba at check-in and he was great, very helpful and kind and such an asset for this hotel. All the staff were really helpful. Great location.

I was in Toronto for two nights before going on the train. Cambridge Suites was a great stay. The suite was very large, well equipped and clean. The breakfast was really good, lots of choices. The surrounding area had coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores all in short walking distance. The walk down to Union Station was easy, even on a cold, slightly snowy morning. The service was friendly and helpful. I also found the room rate very affordable. I would definitely recommend.

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times because of the location. It is older and not maintained very well. The beds have a large depression like a cave in from Homer Simpson sleeping in it. The counters in the bathroom and coffee maker had stains. There was a hair on the floor of the bathroom and stains on the shower curtains. The breakfast was bad because the coffee urns were not cleaned and the coffee were topped up on top of the previous day’s coffee. The egg and other meats were cold and not kept warm. The health department should them.

Lauren and Yuki were outstanding hostesses. They were friendly. Diligent to make sure all of the breakfast guests were cared for. The breakfast was great. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Environment was clean!!!!

This was possibly one of the best hotel experiences ever! The location was central - close to public transit and restaurants; the suite was spacious, clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed and pillows, comfortable couch and chair; full length and magnifying mirrors; coffee maker and nice size fridge. The desk staff were so welcoming and friendly.

Stayed at the property for one night as we transited through Ontario to visit family over Christmas. The location is a short walk from the via train station and close to restaurants. The room was spacious and well appointed the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and spotless. The wallpaper was peeling in a few places and the utility cover above the toilet was coming loose but we were able to look past these items. Front desk as friendly and efficient, I would recommend this property to others and considering staying again on a return trip to Toronto. The price was also good at $200/ night and we enjoyed the rooftop hot tub.

Spacious rooms, great location, in room keurig, breakfast buffet, short walk to most everything downtown, would stay again and recommend

Great experience at a reasonable price!
Pros: Location on the PATH, on-site parking, great breakfast included, large and comfortable room (lots of counterspace, coffee maker and fridge), friendly staff, quiet
Cons: very few! One of our TVs didn't work and they offered to change our room
Note: do not pay for parking at the machine in the garage! Go into the hotel and add it there.

Our first experience of Cambridge Suites was very positive. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and represented excellent value for money. Customer service was excellent. We would definitely recommend Cambridge Suites.
The only disappointments were: whilst the choice at breakfast was very good, the cooked food was warm rather than hot warm (even from early on) and there was no decaf tea/coffee available. A kettle in the room would have been good.

Great downtown location, clean, spacious and had a really nice gym with a hot tub and sauna to use. Included continental breakfast. Price cant be beat for downtown Toronto. I would happily book again.

THIS HOTEL HAS BEDBUGS. Stayed there in June and just remembered to write this review. The toilet had pee and the sheets were dirty. Their front desk personnel is useless and refused to put me in touch their manager. It took a day and a half cause she kept “not coming in”. They only wanted to give me a partial refund because they claimed I stayed the night, but the truth is the front desk wouldn’t guarantee that we’d get a refund and I didn’t want to lose out on $600+. I have lots of back and forth email proof of their front desk giving me the run around. We left to the Sheraton 5 minute walk away as soon as we could and I promise, the additional $100-200 is worth not staying here. Any amount to money is worth not staying here.

Rooms are huge. Especially for a city location.
Beds are so comfortable and the best pillows I have ever had.
Very clean.
Loved the fridge and small kitchenette area. Coffee machine was good.
Loved the muffins and tea coffee in the mornings at reception.

Very slight negatives.
Decor very tired and paper pealing in places but didn’t stop me giving 5 stars as everything else was so good.
Showers a little cold in the mornings so showered in the evenings.
The shop across the street attracts homeless / drug taking. So made for an interesting conversation with my 12 year old.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!!

This place way exceeded my expectations.
The room was massive - like a full scale apartment - so spacious and comfortable.
Location is great too - very central but in quiet off street and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.
