They are thieves
Pros:

Was accused of smoking in the room and charged 250$. I called to dispute the charge and was told unfortunately they can't take the word of the repeat customer over the 2 illegals they have cleaning the rooms and that barely speak any English. Guess its their way of collecting extra money from out of towners. I even told them to look at the cameras and they'd see that I went to my truck 3 times to smoke and also sat outside on the picnic table. Tristen refused to even check the footage. Why would I go outside at night in my pjs just to smoke if I was smoking in the room. THIEVES. Would've made way more money from me staying 4 nights a week rather than stealing a lousy 250 dollars. Just pitiful.
