Uncomfortable
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The TV was not working. And the shower, The Hot Water took forever to heat up. Beds are uncomfortable.

Just what we needed
Pros:

Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Accommodating staff. My daughter and I were traveling from Orlando to Dallas in a moving truck. Staff allowed us to park at the front of lobby. Good assortment of breakfast items. I would absolutely recommend

I received over 7 reminder emails leading up to this stay, and at least 3 after. It was far too much communication.

My stay was great. The staff greeted me with a smile and made my stay very comfortable.
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness and the service were awesome. I love the fact that they treat you like family. Will be back again

Cons:

I was told when I got to the front desk and when I was on the phone with them that it was a smoking room specifically even after I asked for it so I smoked in the room of course and when I checked out My deposit was never returned because they told me it was a non-smoking room and it said it was non-smoking on the receipt but I specifically ask for a smoking two different times and they said it was a smoking room.

The fact I booked a room that’s “handicapped” got told the I’m not handicap which is judging a book by its cover and moved my room to in front of the stairs asked to be moved and got told I need to deal with it NEVER AGAIN

Not worth the stay
Pros:

Price, location and staff were fine.

Cons:

The sheets on the bed were stained badly and dirt marks was on them. I kept smelling weed being smoked. My room was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had cigarette burn marks in them.
