Nice stay. Room fit the whole family

Conveniently located.

There are 2 buildings which I did not realize. One is the old one and the other is new. I got the old one this time and the rooms were outdated. Sheets were clean but they did not make the beds. I wish I received the new rooms next time and they actually make our beds.

Outdated and hallways were really dirty

Everything really good except for the pool nasty conditions. Is next to the road so I understand the level of dust and dirt but it looked terrible.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. Although close to the freeway the room was quiet no noise from the traffic nearby.

The property was very worn down and the room had a musty odor. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff is wonderful

The hotel overall looked outdated. The noise level was manageable, but the walls were so thin we could hear everything next door. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and while the area felt safe, the staff constantly watching us was uncomfortable.
On top of all that, they did not immediately return our deposit, and we were told we would have to wait 3-5 business days to see it back in our account, even though there was no damage to the room.its been over 10 days and still no return of payment.
For the price we paid, this hotel was absolutely not worth it. If it had been a very cheap motel, maybe some of these things would be understandable, but at this rate, I would not recommend it or stay again.

Good safe

I usually never leave reviews, but this hotel was such a disappointment. We a had a man in the room next door who got high and started yelling and slamming his doors. Although this is not the hotels fault it took them from 9 pm to 2:30am to finally call the police on this lunatic. The man pulled the fire alarm, and here’s the scary part, it never went off. He also broke the glass for the fire extinguisher and proceeded to beat his door with it because he locked himself out. We couldn’t leave our room in fear of him, and the hotel phones didn’t work so we had to use our cell phone, look up hotel number to call front desk. When my husband finally went downstairs to front desk to ask for compensation all they offered was a later checkout time. On top of that the bathroom was gross and they didn’t replace the towels they took from our room. Parking also was nonexistent after around 6 pm.

I like the place but need a little better breakfast. At minimum warm. Rooms need a bit more attention.

The property location was okay, just outside of San Clemente Beach, but the property itself is pretty run down. The room was ok, the carpet had stains in places, the bathroom was really the grossest part, the tub had some weird rust stains and it just seemed in need of a good remodel. Definitely felt
Like I got hustled thinking this was a four star. This is a 3 star at best, hovering around a possible 2.

there was a drunk or not customer that was noisy the whole night in 2nd floor. it started at around 930pm until the police picked him up 230am. we didnt get sleep until 3am. the manager/mgt dragged it for too long. he was screaming and banging the doors the whole night. he even broke 2 fire extinguisher cases. My 8 yr old son was so scared. but front desk only offered late checkout. we barely rested.

The property had black mold on wall above air conditioning unit.

Also, the AC into did not work in the exercise room.

Tub/shower had holes in bottom of tub exposing fiberglass if you were to step on it, lots of homelessness in the breezeway of hotel.

Facility needs some TLC, but staff was nice!
