My hotel experience.
Pros:

The air conditioning worked very well, as did the shower.

Cons:

There was no shelf space to store clothes. I had to live out of my suitcases. There was no frigibar to keep my water chilled. When I asked to reserve a taxi on Friday afternoon to take me to a function that evening I was told that this was unnecessary as reception would call a taxi in just two minutes. When I asked them to call me a taxi that evening I was then informed that no taxi was available and that it would be half an hour before one arrived. I tried to hail one on the street but without success. Eventually I had to take the tube while dressed for dinner in the sweltering heat. I would be obliged if you could advise your staff to inform guests that they should book a taxi well in advance if they needed to get to their destination in good time.

Great stay for a weekend base in London
Pros:

Lovely modern, comfortable room, great size for the 3 of us too

Cons:

we had a triple room but there was only 2 mugs, 2 glasses etc.

A heartfelt thank you to the hotel manager Ms Sarah Aquilina Anhelov for making our stay so special. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and was always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality made all the difference… We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back!

Would I stay here again , yes I probably would , , over all I would give it a strong 8/10
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and bed ace , it was a heat wave when arrived and the room aircon was amazing , location was pretty. Good. 15 min walk to Oxford st , and in to Covent Garden , easy to get to from Euston station also , and fresh towels in rooms daily was also great

Cons:

The staff were lovely and helpful , although we did realy struggle with the lady who checked us in on arrival , she was extremely difficult to understand as her English was not very clear , she seemed to be struggling with the booking in system also , she was pleasant but for me it was frustrating having to keep asking her to repeat herself
Also we booked bed and breakfast only to be told
On arrival no kitchen. So no breakfast and if we wanted to go next door hotel to eat in the morning. It would be £18 extra a day each !!!!!

Amazing time, amazing staff
Pros:

Sarah was amazing ! She was so so helpful and considerate to our visit. The rest of the staff too were so lovely and happy to help in any way. We visited during the hottest days of the year and I was worried about the heat, the hotel had air con throughout! The bedroom air con was amazing ! I would 100% come back if I visit again

La ubicación.

Cons:

Que estuviesen haciendo obra, y no me avisaran.
También el hecho de que, por las refacciones, no pudiesen servir desayuno, el que estaba incluido en el precio.
Por último, querían cobrarme 10 libras por maleta por guardármelas hasta el día siguiente. Nunca un hotel me había cobrado un monto por guardarme unas maletas… Al final aceptaron no cobrarme en compensación a la falta de desayuno.
