Pros:

Rooms were very nice, view from our room was nice.
Staff was very nice! Good location

Cons:

Lobby extremely small and no where to store luggage when we arrived early, they had us store it under the stairs where everyone could see it. This is not a secure place like I was told on the phone it would be, anyone could grab your stuff and walk out the door. So while my family toured around outside, I sat there with my family's entire luggage to make sure it was safe until are rooms were available. They should have a secure locked room, ticket system to hold luggage.

Harbor House and Marina is a must stay!
Pros:

The cleanliness, the cute view from the room, the bed was actually super comfortable, steps from the pier, once the restaurants close you kinda have the pier to yourself which is nice, light breakfast, snack machines on the property.

Cons:

No pool and misunderstanding about parking and no balconies. But hey, sometimes you can’t have it all!

Great place for the price.
Pros:

Location to the Strand, great Seafood Restaurants and the Dolphin watch boat. Minimal breakfast. Room was nice an large with a great view.

Cons:

Breakfast could have took or left it. Construction was a pain but it happens.

Great location to stay before cruise, but with all the construction during our stay there were no accommodations to supp
Pros:

Location and size of rooms. Breakfast was nice as well.

Cons:

The construction and trying to get a shuttle that was included with our cruise parking. We didn’t even use the shuttle to and from the cruise terminal because the construction made it more difficult so we walked with all our bags to and from terminal. Also, rate quoted for cruise parking was more than what we were told once we saw the charge on our card.
