We love the location and clenliness of this location,
The parking is tight but doable, most of the staff is no english i get it but cmon, but they are nice.
The staff that does speak english is very young and seem like they could care less, I get it but cmon, when a guest ask for a local breakfast place have a clue of your area, Cracker barrel is not a good answer, and well i just bring yogurt from home is not a good answer either, like i said we love the place but the workers should love what they do also

We stayed overnight when we had new patient appointments at Moffitt for my Brother in law. To say we were pleased was an understatement! The facility was very clean and staff both at the check in desk and housekeeping were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Overnight stay for a king size room as a Hilton honors member was $158.00. Commute to Moffitt was a maximum of 10 minutes and very direct drive. On top of that they offer free shuttle to Moffitt for those that choose not to drive. They also had a wheel chair available . The options for dining with a short drive were plentiful and they had a 2 sided resource sheet with details about the possible options. Free breakfast was traditional for a Hampton Inn. It will definitely be our go to for future visits
My wife and I stayed here for a week while I attended BICSI. Great hotel with the friendliest staff. Hampton inn Tampa North has Pam Calhoun working there and she definitely made our trip. Every morning we would go to breakfast and she would be there with a huge friendly smile. She would go out of her way for anyone and help them out. Thank you Pam and yes all of us passed out tests. Thanks for giving us good vibes!
The heated pool was nice and not overcrowded.
The room was very clean and spacious, the sheets were nice, the ac was exceptional and the mattress felt sturdy. The staff from the front desk to maintenance, cleaning staff and kitchen were all exceptionally nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good, the water pressure was good and hot. The place was very quiet and calm all around the property and in the rooms. Nice area with plenty of stuff nearby. Will definitely be staying again! 100% recommended!
We had issues with the door and it wouldn’t open and we had to wait around 20 mins for maintenance but they were very nice and even allowed us a late check out so we could sleep a bit more.

Breakfast was terrible. Bearly adequate. The least appealing that I've had in similar class of hotels.
Room comfort was sub-par. Bed pillows are flat and need replacement. Matresses slide off bed with movement. Table in room only had one chair but 2 guests were staying in room. Was expectation that one guest would use table while seated on bed???

Es evidente que estos precios fueron alterados debido al concierto de BTS en Tampa, lo cual resulta decepcionante para un visitante por primera vez. No recomiendo quedarse en este lugar.
Hampton Inn has always been my go-to for the most comfortable bed and relaxing environment. If the recent renovation is any indication as to what the future holds for this hotel chain, I will never return. The walls are a hideous combination of royal blue and mustard yellow with a contemporary grid-like white and gray wallpaper and the ambience is very contemporary and stark. It was not welcoming at all. The toilet paper holder fell out of the wall and the elevator consistently smelled like cigarettes. The bed was the biggest disappointment. It was so hard that I had to fold the extra blanket just for a bit of padding so I could manage to sleep. My husband suffered through and his hip was sore for two days where he was laying on it. I don’t normally write reviews, but as a cancer patient at Moffitt, I feel that it is important to let others know who may be patients so that they can find a place that is more comfortable and inviting. The only reason that I gave a 2 rating was the man who was at the front desk. Our reservation was mixed up through the online system and he made it right.
