The location.
The room had a weird musty smell
Nice staff. Great location.
Continental breakfast was horrible tasting, the room and hallway smelt moldy and like urine.
Comfy bed, clean, friendly place.
No milk on breakfast bar for 2 or more days. Need to use a better sausage. Biscuits are small and not great. As far as the hot food goes, the scrambled eggs were pretty good and the sausage gravy was fair. Coffee is the usual grade of hotel chains. Needs a higher/taller commode.
Clean room
There wasn’t good lighting in the bathroom. I couldn’t see to do my make up. The lighting was so poor. The breakfast in the morning was awful. It was powdered eggs and cereal. It was awful.
The beds and pillows were vert comfortable.
The breakfast was horrid. Staff was very unfriendly.
Heat in our room didn't work
Everything was good. I've stayed there multiple times. Always satisfied.
Didn't have any issues
Location and front desk personnel
Mattress was stained. She smelled like Muska amber cologne, It was a headache. Tub, toilet and sink were disgusting.
The room was clean and staff were really nice
Location
The curtains wouldn't close. There was no privacy. It took 10 minutes wait to check out.
This hotel was a great fit but I will not use Expedia anymore! We had to pay extra fees when we arrived that Expedia charged!
It was clean and quiet, check went smooth i was worried alittle some review said bad and others said good i guess are stay was good i would d tay there again.
It wasn't completely booked and I stayed downstairs but a very active family was put in the room above me. Running, jumping is never ok in a 2nd floor room and some people are just too stupid to know that!
I asked at booking if I could check in early and have a room on 1st floor to accommodate myt. disability. I was notified on the Hotel App that the accommodation could be met. This was very appreciated.
The room was clean and comfortable. I cannot rate the breakfast as I ate out with family.
Several restaurants, banks, and convenient stores were in walking distance. Walmart was across the street and several department stores a short drive.
The hotel is starting to show its age with outdated exterior, furniture and decorative style. The bathrooms specifically could use updates. The light was not bright enough and room to small.
