Large, clean rooms.
Good value - very inexpensive for a Marriott
1) Poor security. Stair well is easily accessible from the hotel lobby and provides unfettered access to all floors. I didn’t feel safe at night as my room was close to the stairwell.
2) Front desk staff was polite but not overly than hospitable and most didn’t know their city very well - they were generally clueless for providing directions and suggestions. Plus through my entire stay, I never saw or came across a manager level person (I was looking to share my security concerns).
Clean facility and nice room, conveniently located.
The air conditioner in the room was noisy. I had to use earplugs to sleep and switch it off during conference calls.
The cleaning staff congregated outside my room in the morning and were talking loudly,
Hotel is clean, comfortable, modern, and has nice amenities. Outdoor deck on 4th and 5th floors with view of the Flatiron Mountains. Coffee shop within walking distance as well as grocery store. Short, easy drive to Pearl Street Mall (or bus available). A great place to stay in Boulder!
Nice area but very overpriced
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Sadly we didn't have a nice view of the mountains even though we booked a corner room on the 4th floor, but of buildings. Given that it isn't located in a city centre, the fact that you could only park outside free for a couple of hours, and had to pay $25 each night in the underground garage seemed expensive.
Very nice hotel. Bar looked fun but I was tired/Ill so I spent most of time in bed.
It’s close to either the downtown area or school. If you have any issues that need a place for temporary settlement, I would recommend.
The hotel provides basic utilities except paper slippers and tooth brush. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help solve problems. There was a dog barking for half an hour just next door after I checked in. I wasn’t sure if it was left alone in the room but I really needed some sleep. I went to the front desk, asking if they could go for a check or change my room. They moved me to a different floor immediately.
I could literally hear all the sounds happening in the hallways or next door, so the sound proofing effect wasn’t really good. Also, when the HVAC was at work, the humming sound was also loud.
Great stay and location. Friendly staff and accommodating. Thank you!
Great location. Great view
Very average - only ate breakfast once in hotel
Reception staff were friendly but impersonal - just going through the motions.
Clean and quiet. King bedroom was large, refrigerator, tea/coffee, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Overnight self parking in garage $25. Convenient location, walkable to stores next to hotel.
New
Some hairs in the bathroom
They don’t have free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
High-quality staff. Excellent bar and restaurant. Rooms are super clean. Parking is a little pricey, but worth it have to understand that’s how the area is.
Housekeeping dies a great job and rooms are always spotless.
Location is ideal for campus.
They keep the homeless away from the property and that’s awesome for that area.
It was nice to come in and not have to leave. Dinner and breakfast in room dining was lovely. The servers were excellent. Decent view. Nice shower with wand. Wine chilling fridge. Nice and roomy. Fluffy supportive pillows. Convenience to my car from elevator is nice but not worth having to pay for parking.
Bed could have been comfier for this price point. The charge for parking under the building in their own property is a bit ridiculous. I could see if it was valet and one chose it. But you know how many people are staying and now many spaces you have. Why not build it into the price?
