My stay for business at the Hyatt Madeleine in Paris was excellent from start to finish. The staff truly made it special - particularly Hazal at the front desk. She was warm, polished, and very knowledgeable about Globalist benefits, insider tips, and all of the hotel’s offerings. You could immediately tell she comes from a high-luxury hospitality background. Top-notch service overall!

The breakfast team was equally kind and attentive each morning. While the gym is on the smaller side, the sauna is an underrated and an enjoyable amenity after frigid cold days out in Paris!

Rooms were clean, well-appointed, and impressively quiet for such a central location. All in all, a very good stay - I look forward to returning.

We stayed at the Hyatt Madeleine for three nights in a short family break and were not disappointed! From the moment we checked in we were looked after well - welcome drinks, personalised sight seeing and dining recommendations from Emilie at the front desk. Breakfast was a real treat, special mention to Arif who looked after us and his fabulous recommendations of french toast! Highly recommend and we would definitely return!

It is well-located to get to the metro and other attractions; at the same time, it is way quieter than other hotels near the Opera. The staff was attentive and professional.

As a globalist, we were upgraded to a delux room, which was spacious with a comfortable bed. The champagne upon entry, at happy hour and for Valentine’s Day breakfast was a nice surprise. I loved the boutique feel of the hotel. Service was timely and exceptional. We also stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris and we preferred the Madeleine. Will definitely be back.

Very well located with all sites accessible on foot. The hotel is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are to a high standard will all amenities. We found the restaurant Chinoiserie to be amazing. It was so good we decided to cancel our other reservations and ate there both nights of our stay. The restaurant manager was exceptional and very welcoming and to top it off the food was perfect. The setting was also informal enabling us to feel relaxed and able to enjoy the experience

I would 100% recommend this hotel and certainly will stay again when next in Paris

Amazing location and neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation, great tarareando and cafes, and terrific dining choices inside a well. The breakfast is excelente, with high quality choices, good service, and comfortable seating. The lobby is beautiful, great wine and food choices at the terrific, and the service is spot on. I would highly recommend the Hyatt Madeline for a great couple of family trip. Each night we recapped the day's travels with some wine and cheese too. Perfect way to end the day. Rooms are generously sized and very comfortable, with a great bed for sleep. We definitely enjoyed our time there and will be back again.

Excellent hotel. Tremendous service, great casual meeting spaces. Provided water and an early check-in which were small perks but made huge difference in the comfort of my stay. Staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Hyatt Paris Madeleine. It is my third visit. This time I use the ebike and I had an amazing time zooming around Paris.
The location of the hotel is pretty good, I was able to walk to many places, shopped and visit touristic areas. ( even better with the ebike )
The staff is so friendly and breakfast was yummy. I also like the Madeleine outside the lobby in the late afternoon and the charming fireplace to decommpress after a long walking day.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine. The breakfast staff was incredibly helpful, and as a vegan I was thoughtfully accommodated with special options each morning. The food quality and care really stood out.

The front desk team was warm and efficient, helping me with restaurant reservations and local recommendations. The hotel is in a great, quiet location, just a 5–6 minute walk to the Madeleine metro station, which made getting around Paris very easy.

Overall, it offers a true boutique hotel experience with great service, good food, and a comfortable room. I would absolutely stay here again.

I'm so happy we were able to stay at this hotel! Even though we were a large group, Nathalie and the whole staff made us feel genuinely welcome the moment we arrived and were so accommodating for our whole stay. Everything felt seamless, from check-in to check-out, and the location was perfect to get around and enjoy the city.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and just felt very Paris. Breakfast was included every morning and everything was delicious!

We left wishing we had stayed longer and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxe stay with unforgettable views.

Well-appointed, comfortable rooms and unbelievably friendly staff, from the bellman to the general manager, every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind. The location is very central yet a few blocks removed from the hustle and bustle, which made it feel calm and convenient. Breakfast was the only area that felt fairly mediocre, but overall it was a wonderful stay and I would happily return

I like the peoples from front desk to the dinning room. they all so.friendly and professonal. especially Axel from the breakfast at the resturant. He always wlcome you like home.

The hotel was thoughtful incredibly accommodating. Given the size of our group, the staff had a space reserved for us for breakfast. Additionally always provided insights into details for our reservations or where we were looking to purchase specific souvenirs.

Great location - in walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. A short cab ride away from all the big sites

Rooms - beautiful views with a clean and luxurious space.
