If they didn’t fail me twice, I will probably not writing this bad review which is my first time doing it. Very slow or even no response within 24 hours for my hotel transfer request. I need to make a long distance call to the front desk to resolve it. No one ever acknowledge this problem in my stay for 5 days. We have booked a van on the first day for our departure to the train station on Day5 since we travelled with six pieces of luggage. We checked out 15min prior to the time and waited at the reception. The told us the taxi is on the way. Eventually, it is just a normal taxi which is not big enough for the luggage. They said they have made a mistake and booked a van for us which they claimed it should arrive within 5 min. We have waited for 25 min and they showed no care of our urgency to catch the train which is just 35 min left. Only with the luck of a good driver, smooth traffic and we need to run to the platform with all those luggage. What pissed me off is the lack of care and responsibility of this team - not just one person. To be fair, their service in the restaurant is good and on par with the Hyatt standard.
We just returned from our Paris vacation and cannot say enough great things about the Hyatt Madeleine.
The hotel, which is in a great location for touring, is on a beautiful tree-lined street. The lobby features a skylight designed by Gustave Eiffel (which was a very cool thing to point out to the kids when we first got there). From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
We stayed in two connecting rooms which had a great setup: A door opens onto a short sideways hallway with a room at each end (each with its own door). We also had a third separate room next door. This arrangement gave everyone privacy while still keeping us close together.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, and the 5–7 p.m. happy hour was a nice daily bonus.
It was our 25th anniversary, and I arranged through the hotel to have a bouquet for my wife set up in our room before we arrived. She was completely surprised and it made the stay even more special. The hotel even added a bottle of wine, some pastries and a heart shaped balloon!
Honestly, I wish we were still there. Coming back from vacation and getting settled back in the real world is always hard, but this time it’s a little harder.
I highly recommend the Hyatt Madeleine for a memorable stay in Paris.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was outstanding, with excellent quality, freshness, and variety. The staff were exceptional—especially Nathalie, whose kindness and professionalism made a real difference. While our room had some maintenance issues, the team's outstanding service and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Appareil extérieur défectueux et extrêmement bruyant de 00:00 à 04:30. Les boules Qies offertes comme seule solution ponctuelle n'ont pas suffit.
Manque d'éléments au petit déjeuner (salade fruits, œufs brouillés) résorbé avec un peu de patience par un personnel diligent
Very friendly staff! The check-in time is 4 pm, but we arrived the hotel early at around 1 pm because of our flight schedule. The front desk kindly helped us hold the luggage and tried to get our room ready at 2:30 pm. The room condition is beyond perfect! High ceiling, air conditioned, clean, cozy bed, and convenient location. Highly recommended!
