Service & atmosphere: staffs were very attentive and we were acknowledged immediately as we entered the hotel. Every staffs I saw during 5 night stays was friendly, always greeting with warm smiles.
Room condition: very clean and neat. Maintained everyday as the condition same as the first day.
Perfect location: direct bus line from Gare de Nord, very close to Palace Garnier and department stores (Printemps & Lafayette), walking distance from major tourist attractions such as Louvre. Also, the bus line in front of the hotel(I don't exactly remember the number but it was either 82 or 84 with pink color) goes almost every touristy spots.
This was my second time at Hyatt Paris Madeleine and it did not disappoint! I brought my family with me this time and we had a wonderful stay. It is such a comfortable hotel, from the oversized guest rooms with high ceilings, to the in-room amenities, delicious breakfast and lovely cocktail area. The staff is wonderful and really make you feel welcome. It's like returning to a friend's home, with its excellent hospitality. We look forward to returning!
We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Paris Madeline for four nights. The hotel staff responded to every request promptly. The hotel was very generous with bottled water. They also provided a coloring book for my daughter and a prize for completing the book. The room was well sized and comfortably accommodated our party of 4. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of dishes.
We loved this hotel! It was a quieter part of a Paris, but still close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing, rooms were clean and large and had a very "Paris" feel!! We will stay here again!!
Our stay at Hyatt Paris Madeleine was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional — professional, kind, and always attentive to our needs.
Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent, with a rich and delicious selection every morning, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, elegant, and very pleasant.
We also loved the hotel’s location, which made it easy to explore Paris and enjoy the city. The concierge team was very helpful and even assisted us in arranging a memorable dinner cruise with Bateaux Mouches, which became one of the highlights of our trip.
Because of the situation in our country (Israel), we ended up staying slightly longer than we initially planned, but it gave us the opportunity to enjoy even more of the hotel and its wonderful hospitality.
Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. We would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to making our stay so enjoyable. It truly made our visit to Paris special.
An incredible 6 night stay at the Hyatt Paris Madeleine. From check-in to check-out, the staff was phenomenal. The room was perfect for a family of four with a very comfortable king bed, queen pull out couch and spacious bathroom. The view from our room of the Eiffel Tower was such an amazing plus waking up to it daily and watching it twinkle each night before bed. The staff assisted with recommendations, directions and any requests. The hotel was extremely clean and is in an absolutely excellent location. Walkable to all important sites (varying from 15-30 minute walks) and near the RER and other metro stations. When we return to Paris, we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff again!!
I liked the location of the property and staff was very helpful.
I had booked a premium king bedroom with what appeared to have a view to the Eiffel Tower, but my view was to the main road instead.
Great location, spotless rooms, and top-tier service. Huge thanks to Angéline and Émilie for being so helpful! We loved every part of the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast buffet. Overall, a wonderful experience.
My stay for business at the Hyatt Madeleine in Paris was excellent from start to finish. The staff truly made it special - particularly Hazal at the front desk. She was warm, polished, and very knowledgeable about Globalist benefits, insider tips, and all of the hotel’s offerings. You could immediately tell she comes from a high-luxury hospitality background. Top-notch service overall!
The breakfast team was equally kind and attentive each morning. While the gym is on the smaller side, the sauna is an underrated and an enjoyable amenity after frigid cold days out in Paris!
Rooms were clean, well-appointed, and impressively quiet for such a central location. All in all, a very good stay - I look forward to returning.
We stayed at the Hyatt Madeleine for three nights in a short family break and were not disappointed! From the moment we checked in we were looked after well - welcome drinks, personalised sight seeing and dining recommendations from Emilie at the front desk. Breakfast was a real treat, special mention to Arif who looked after us and his fabulous recommendations of french toast! Highly recommend and we would definitely return!
It is well-located to get to the metro and other attractions; at the same time, it is way quieter than other hotels near the Opera. The staff was attentive and professional.
As a globalist, we were upgraded to a delux room, which was spacious with a comfortable bed. The champagne upon entry, at happy hour and for Valentine’s Day breakfast was a nice surprise. I loved the boutique feel of the hotel. Service was timely and exceptional. We also stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris and we preferred the Madeleine. Will definitely be back.
Very well located with all sites accessible on foot. The hotel is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are to a high standard will all amenities. We found the restaurant Chinoiserie to be amazing. It was so good we decided to cancel our other reservations and ate there both nights of our stay. The restaurant manager was exceptional and very welcoming and to top it off the food was perfect. The setting was also informal enabling us to feel relaxed and able to enjoy the experience
I would 100% recommend this hotel and certainly will stay again when next in Paris
