The hotel is very nice and beautifully designed, with great proximity to the airport and SoFi Stadium. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean. The valet guys were nice, helpful, and kind. Good hotel, handy location if you're flying into LA and have a rental car.
Breakfast buffet options were limited and overall didn't feel worth it. There are no shops or restaurants around the hotel, but there is a shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away. Valet service was a bit pricey — though that seems pretty standard for LA.

When I arrived early morning, exhausted .. I was met with a rather unwelcoming/dismissive tone at reception and had to ask if early Checkin was available, which it was .. but had already been shown the bag drop .
However other staff at reception were more friendly and welcoming so I just made sure to avoid this particular lady . Restaurant staff and everyone at the door was extremely friendly, always willing to help and proactive.

We have stayed here a few times now. It is primarily a business hotel, surrounded by busy roads with no nearby facilities. But we like it as generally we haven't had an issue with noise. The hotel has the facilities you may need. It's convenient for LAX and Culver City and Santa Monica are within an easy taxi journey. So overall we like the combination of coat, location and facilities.
The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. I was preparing for an exam, and Ms. Joanna and the front desk team went above and beyond by putting together a thoughtful care package filled with snacks to help me get through my studying. They were also cheering me on the whole time, which meant so much and made me feel incredibly supported.
My family and I always enjoy staying here, and this was actually our fifth time at this hotel. The exceptional hospitality and genuine care from the staff keep us coming back. We will definitely stay here again!
Joanna made our experience exceptional from the moment we entered the lobby! Her kindness and her go above and beyond diligence to her job was so appreciated. We had the best time!

Right as I entered I was greeted by Joanna who was very kind with me and my family which elevated our experience at the Hilton and would make us comeback everytime we come to LA
I always enjoy staying at this hotel whenever I’m in town. The bar and front desk staff are so welcoming and works diligently to accommodate guests. Sofia in particular, exudes kindness and compassion which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff keeps the rooms clean and ready for relaxation. Truly my favorite hotel when I visit Los Angeles.

Wow! I’m so impressed by the customer service at the Hilton Culver City. Arena was so helpful, kind and courteous. She went above and beyond to help me, but also the guest in front of me as well. I love this Hotel… it’s my home away from home. Special thank you to Jasmin who is always attentive and kind as well. Got to even talk to the manager Napoleon. You have such a great crew.
We recently stayed here while attending the FIFA World Cup and had such a positive experience that we’ve already booked another stay in two weeks to go to another game!
The lobby is spacious, welcoming, and was a great gathering place to watch the World Cup matches on the large-screen TVs. We especially enjoyed having a Starbucks on-site, plenty of comfortable seating, and the refreshing fruit-infused water available at the reception desk.
The pool area was quiet and relaxing, and the restaurant offered a smaller menu but had enough variety for a pleasant meal in a peaceful atmosphere.
The rooms were comfortable but not particularly memorable. The décor felt a bit gray and could benefit from a brighter, fresher update. The bathroom was on the small side, and a double sink and magnifying mirror would have been welcome additions. However, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the tile work was attractive.
What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. Every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The level of customer service was among the best we’ve experienced at any hotel.
A few suggestions for improvement would be to add more umbrellas to the outdoor seating areas and place a few garbage cans throughout the lobby. After enjoying our Starbucks drinks, we found ourselves looking for a convenient place to dispose of the cups.
Overall, the excellent service, comfortable amenities, and convenient location for World Cup events made this an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to returning next week to do it all over again!
