Beware of parking cost
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

They charge over $50 for valet and almost $50 for the only self parking across the street which is a rip off but likely because this is so close to LAX

Great location and fantastic staff!
Pros:

Rooms are great and comfortable. The location is very convenient being so close to LAX. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

The elevators at times can be slow.

Terrible Service
Pros:

Unfortunately I chose this hotel for a two-night stay that landed me in my vehicle for the first night. The first room I was given had visible mold growing in the shower. The second room had a musty odor accompanied by throbbing pressure in my head. While housekeeping said they Lysoled the room, I was still unable to sleep in the room. The front desk clerk, Leticia, was apathetic and told me they had no other rooms available. When asked by my son, two rooms were suddenly available but in the noisy parts of the hotel. As a result, I had to check out and sleep in my car. Leticia could care less and came across as if she was doing me a favor by checking for other rooms. No one should have to pay for sub-par accommodations. This is the worst Hilton experience I have ever had and the first in which I had nowhere to sleep. This is my second visit to this hotel. My first visit was excellent. Both Napoleon and Jasmine went above and beyond, which is why I returned. However, given what I experienced, if they are not working, I would not take the risk.

Pros:

Staff was great!

Cons:

Looked a bit run down. Got tiny dark room at end of hallway at first but gave us a free upgrade. Location was good for our meeting but horrible to take a walk or find food.

Delightful!
Pros:

I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff was at this location. Everyone was so friendly and fun to chat with; from the valet to the front desk and chef! The food was great, and the rooms were clean and comfy. The atmosphere was laid back. Perfect blend!

Pros:

Location. It is close to the airport. The lobby was very nice — there’s a Starbucks, and I liked how they have a shop so I could buy some snacks even late at night.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well - there was hair by the faucet and there was stain on the toilet seat.
In the coffee brewer, there was a used coffee pod sitting in there, not sure for how long.
The water pressure in the shower was weak.
The pillows weren’t comfortable, and the sheets made my back super itchy that I couldn’t sleep well.

Wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Część personelu nie była zbyt miła. Brak miejskich parkingów w okolicy hotelu. Hotelowy parking w cenie 50 dolarów za dobę. W pokoju oferta śniadań za 18 dolarów z opcją do pokoju a hotel pobrał ponad 30 dolarów od osoby. Woda butelkowana dodatkowo płatna. Generalnie naciąganie i brak rzetelnych informacji.
