Cleanliness
7
Many guests praised very clean rooms, but several serious incidents were reported (bedbugs, strong odors, wet sheets, hair) which significantly lower the cleanliness score.
Service
9
Staff is frequently described as helpful and friendly; a few isolated negative interactions (rudeness at desk, billing concern) were reported but the overall service impression is strong.
Location
9
Multiple comments note a convenient location with restaurants and grocery within walking distance and an easy (~20–25 minute) drive to Detroit.
Room Quality
8
Rooms are described as spacious with comfortable beds and good showers, though some guests noted rooms needing updates and occasional bad smells or cleanliness issues.
Amenities
9
Free breakfast, parking, and updated facilities are frequently praised; a few minor issues (e.g., a downed juice machine) were noted.
Value for Money
8
Generally considered fair price and good value by many, but billing errors and needed room upgrades reduced perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast is repeatedly highlighted as excellent with plenty of hot and cold options and very good coffee; occasional equipment outages (juice machine) were mentioned.
Overall Experience
8.5
Most stays are described positively (many 'great' or 9/10 comments) though recurring cleanliness concerns and isolated service/billing problems temper the overall experience.

Bedbugs
Pros:

The room that i book me and my boyfriend was in the bed and he got up to use the bathroom. He told me to look on the pillow and see if there was any bedbugs on it because he noticed he had been bitten. I looked and sure enough there was one on the pillow that his arm was on.

Pros:

Everything was excellent except the quiet hours. There were people loud and children running up and down the hallway. My Mom said it sounded like people were having a party by her room. The staff, rooms, and breakfast were excellent.
