Not hole lot. Had to get key reset for room all threw the day. Said the a/c wouldn't get any colder. Yet, rented the room next door for my daughter and she said it was too cold!
There was a restaurant/bar happy hour. Only 1 per customer. I ordered mine. Then ordered 1 for wife and daughter and noticed I had to pay full price cause they were n the room! Then the next day had family members show up. Since my daughter just had a newborn. Instead of everyone n the room thought we could go get happy hour. Even Said it with the bartender right there, " these are happy hrs special only"? She forgot to inform anyone that it's Saturday and we don't have happy hours but Monday threw Friday..... $200 later as I went to pay, she showed me a sign on the entrance on the opposite side which we came in Since our rooms were on the left side. And the kids jumping in and out of the hot tub wasn't pleasant as well! No signs there....I looked for kids under 18/16/14/12/anything. Normally it's posted but not there! Other than that, the parking was good! 1 out of 10 not good...
The pool and hot tub were very nice. Staff was very friendly.
Hotel is a little older. Air conditioner took all night to get down to 68 degrees. Nothing is free unless you’re a member. Coffee at the entrance is only for members. Breakfast cost money but was fair priced.
Location was decent, the building spacious, and room was great.
Parking was a little tight
We stayed at this property for the hot tub and pool. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property. The staff was constantly cleaning. I was also very grateful for the service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Nothing!
The hotel was very clean. The common areas as well as the pool and rooms. The rooms were clean and fresh, and the showers were impeccably clean.
The pool was very overcrowded. No hotel employee ever checked to make sure everything was in order or that no rules were being broken. The pool was absolutely PACKED full of children without adults. Adults that were there were sitting outside of the water not watching their children. There were beach balls and a very hard four square/dodge ball being hurled back and forth. It was very chaotic and unsafe.
The location and friendliness of staff
room was old and trim was coming off and carpet seemed dirty/
It was nice upon arrival. Everyone was kind.
The ac began not working well on the 2nd night and the storm knocked some of the tv channels out. The maintenance man that came in to look at the ac asked me why the tv wasn’t working. I told him I didn’t know. He asked if it was the storm and again I told him I didn’t know.
Location to all areas visiting. Size of room.
Service in dining room. Lack of staff at checkout.Shortage of working outlets.
Staff was nice at check in and through out the stay! Pillows were nice and fluffy! Appreciated the little convenience store by the front desk, for a beverage or snack! The bar looked nice! Hot tub was perfect! (Think hotels need to implement an Adults only hour for pool/hot tub areas, at like 10-11pm!)
Breakfast wasnt the best that we have ever had...wish there was something sweet/fresh, like fruit or yogurt, muffins/bagel, toast. While the buffet style option or ordering off the menu was nice, it just lacked in options. (Especially considering we paid extra for the breakfast.)
If you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest trying to get a room away from the eating area/pool area. Both areas are louder, and later/early.
Did wake up, went to breakfast and saw a chicken leg outside of someone's room, just hanging out on the carpet. That gave us a good laugh on the way to breakfast!
Bed was comfy.
Only 1 chair in room for 2 people
Hot advertized had no jets which was the reason we chose this hotel! Was quite disappointing
Great location close to Mcbride hospital and, they offer a discount to patients.
.
The pool was cold in February. But the HOT TUB was HOT!!!
The lobby was inviting, clean and refresh like it had been updated
The room was semi-updated with the Band-Aid carpet needed to be replaced. Bathtubs needed to be replaced.
