Nice bed.

Cons:

No where to put anything in the bathroom. The only small towel rack was broke and hanging off. The towels was out in the coat rack. We got put in a handicap room and wasn't handicapped. Which is fine but I feel bad if a handicapped person had to use this room I feel bad for them. The breakfast dose not come free even thought they advertised free breakfast.. The office staff told us on check in that breakfast ended at 10. When we got there at 930 and found out we had to pay they also said breakfast ended at 930.. we stayed at another holiday Inn and suites the night before and it was great. Crazy just how management from one place to the next can change the experience.

It would be a great place to stay if they hotel didn’t have her as the first face they see.
Pros:

Pool was nice, hot tub was nice, rooms clean.

Cons:

The check in staff was as rude as they come! We was treated absolutely horrible by this woman!

Cons:

So outdated. Wall to wall carpet, heavily worn and stained. Parking lot falling apart. Some kind of convention going on during my visit that blocked the entire front desk.

Walking down the hallways with children smelling nothing but weed in the evening. Great look for IHG. There’s no parking enforcement. Left feeling completely unsafe and worried about my vehicle all night, especially when I kept parking away from and cars and would catch people loitering near my car that didn’t appear to even be staying here.

I have no idea who is giving this place the scores they did, but this place is an easy 4/10, 5/10 on a great day.
Much nicer places to stay for the same price that are brought up to 2026. Thank goodness this was just a quick stop before leaving the next morning. Yuck.
