Good location 7mins drive to Glendale Mall Americana, 11mins drive to universal studios and LA convention center. Good size swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Pool towels are constantly unavailable you have to ask the Pool attendant for it.

The hotel was affordable and in a nice location. Our view from the 6th floor was beautiful, especially at night 🌙. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were easy to find and get to.
Although, we had gotten the deluxe king, the bed wasn't comfortable. I woke up achy. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. But the small balcony was nice.

Confirmation email stated FREE parking, upon ch3ck in was charged $10 pee night to park... lobby was nice and chic however once heading down hallway the smell of wet warmth began.. room door didn't close securely unless pushed. Room was ok.. baseboards dirty.. beads were comfortable. Price did not reflect condition of hotel.
Overall the place served its purpose. I think if it got remodeled and had money going into upgrades and paying staff more, it could be really great. My main issue is that we added a second night and were told multiple times by different staff that we would be in the same room and that we would just need to tell front desk in the morning. Well in the morning we were told the opposite and that we would have to check out and go to a different room. Luckily they did an early cleaning and we had a room to get ready in but the overall miscommunication and lack of effort to mend the situation left a poor taste.

El alojamiento era bastante antiguo. El ascensor olía mal, a guardado humedad, las alfombras súper viejas y tener que programar todos los días en recepción que te limpien el cuarto.
