Pros:

the man at the front desk with the glasses was very friendly and professional ( i forgot his name). upon arrival he was dealing with a difficult customer, he kept his composure and still gave me great check-in service.

Cons:

it was a bummer that the water fountain station was not functioning. wish it was operable to get some water especially since it was still in the 90’s during my time of stay. maybe maintenance could address that for future use.

Un super hôtel ! Nous avons aimés le professionnalisme des personnes à l’accueil et la chambre était super sympa pour 5 personnes, à quelques minutes en voiture d’Universal Studio c’était super !

Love this hotel. We stay here every time. Laundry room is convenient, staff are friendly, coffee in the lobby every morning. Love it. Walking distance to Brand Street, a dry cleaners, a market… great

Cons:

We started staying here because of the free parking. It’s now $10/day but still amazing value compared to other hotels in LA

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful upon checking in. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated. The air-conditioning did not work well. The room felt hot during our stay regarding how much we adjusted the temperature. The shower knob got stuck. We couldn't switch the know from the tub to the shower head.

Rooms were extremely outdated. Carpet is always nasty in hotels nowadays. This one was sticky and very old. A/C was so loud, it sounded like it was struggling to work.

The hallway were not cleaned carpet looked like it needed cleaning. The back door to the parking was not working with the key card. The outside area was dirty in some areas of the hotel parking.

The most horrible experience of my life
Pros:

Good God where do bi start. Not only did our room have Roches but they the hotel kept over $300 dollars in deposit! It's so bad I'm looking to take legal action
