All staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Rooms need to be updated. The water goes down the drain slowly in the bathtub. Bathtub needs to be updated. The curtains need to be cleaned, The desk had black tape holding up the leg on it. There was a chair in the room that needed to be cleaned or replaced.
Adding $50 to my charge account for incidentals. Since I had no incidentals I now have to wait for charge to be reversed on my account

Nice stay, but with areas of our riom much needed for improvement.

The staff. Kudos to Hollie who I described the issues on day 1. She made notes to bring to management's attention. She mentioned how it was now under new management and she gave me Marriott points. I can subscribe free, to their site to benefit. Napoleon, who worked the evening desk was so polite. Kudos to him, as well.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the room. The gas sealed windows had leaked at some point prior, and as a result, a terrible 1st impression. See photo. The ceiling near the head of the bed was patched due to a water leak, I believe. See photo. The King bed, right center side as you face it when sitting on the edge felt like it had an issue. The same side lamp didn't function.

The pool Was Closed!! And that is what I wanted.. Just to swim Every Morning 🙄 The room was musty, no ice on the first floor... The Pool was the main reason for staying at the hotel
