Home sweet home!
Pros:

The staff here are always friendly and very welcoming. I feel right at home when I visit here. I recommend it to all of my friends and family.

The most of the staff was friendly but house keeping was no help at all they didn't come to our room not once the week I was there I asked about towels they told me they don't speak English I asked another about taking our garbage same thing

When we 1st got to NC I tried to check in early because we arrived hours early they didn't have rooms available so they told me to call back and check multiple times still nothing was then I get there at 3pm time of check in they send my family and I to a room that isn't even clean. So had to wait another 20mins for them to find us another room then the next day they gave another family our room and these strangers came in our room 1030 at night while we were in bed because when they switched our room they never changed us in the computer....I was not happy with this hotel

Great place to stay for the money.

Cons:

Unable to sleep with the outside light shining in the window could use a pull down blinds. The beds are very worn down. Our key card had to be reset more than once a day.

We needed a place to stay on outlet way home from Chimney Rock NC to Raeford and this was perfect!
Pros:

Great location conveniently off the freeway with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Excellent staff and value. Clean and comfortable.

Good location, good breakfast
Reasonably priced

Cons:

Walked into the room and stepped in a large wet coffee puddle between the beds. Somehow the cleaners missed that. They did give us a new room and all was good after that.

We had a nice comfortable and the hotel was located close to all we did while we were there.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room

Cons:

We had a issue with the TV. I told the front desk about in the morning and was told a work order would be put in. When we returned in the evening the issue had not been addressed.

Great Stay During A Long Trip
Pros:

The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable with cotton sheets. The breakfast had more than expected and was very good.

Cons:

There was a musty smell to our room, although the room was very clean. The carpets are tearing and threadbare in places in the hall.
