This place is in a great location, along with a great staff and somewhat decent wifi.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate my needs with no problems. The room was also very clean and neat. I was having issues with the internet and the wifi in my room/area not connecting nor working, but leadership reached out to me staying that they will work to resolve those issues going forward.

Cons:

The wifi barely worked during this trip. It was so bad that the TV was not even able to connect to the internet. I have reached out to the property staff and they have stated that they will look into the issue to see if they can fix it.

Friendly staff but dated facility
Pros:

The staff was friendly and worked hard to make our stay comfortable and safe.

Cons:

The facility is dated and needs some TLC. Also the management needs to address security concerns with non-guest gaining access to hotel amenities. We witnessed people coming in off the street partaking in the morning breakfast. Although the hotel staff did immediately step in and address the situation, there needs to be some type of process to verify guest status so staff is not put into a difficult situation.

Probably wouldn’t stay at this location again
Pros:

I rented for an indoor pool option, AFTER I paid and signed in I was told the pool was closed. I said I picked this hotel for indoor pool. Lady shrugged her shoulders and said well it is closed. Walked to the back.

Cons:

The indoor pool I rented room for was closed both days I was there. The comforters were dirty w black stains and what looked like chocolate.

The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Especially my check in when booking.com
Typed my name as Mary Johiam
Instead of MaryJo Hiam
Was initially unable to pull my name up.
Teary worked hard and found the issue.
