Kommen seit Jahren ins Elbflorenz. Alles wie immer top. Wir waren wie immer sehr zufrieden.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und das Badezimmer sogar sehr Grund mit einer Badewanne.
Das Frühstücksbuffett war hervorragend! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Qualität war ausgezeichnet.

Leider nicht so gut vom Komfort, aber das Team war sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und uns wurde geholfen.

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage in der Steuerung nicht in Ordnung.
Daher mussten wir zwei Mal umziehen.

Tisch mussten wir selber eindecken und mussten nach Kaffeekanne nachfragen (es kam keine Frage,ob wir eine Kaffeekanne haben möchten)

Sehr netter Empfang, helles und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und extrem nettem Personal.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Empfang sehr nett und kompetent. Fußball Übertragung auf TV in der Lobby.

Cons:

Lüftung im Zimmer nicht steuerbar und im Bad komplett aus. Sehr warm im Zimmer bei den hohen Außentemperaturen.
