Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gesamtes Personal..ob Rezeption, Bar, Restaurant oder Frühstücksservice ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage, direkte Anbindung an Straßenbahn und S Bahn. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊.

Sehr gutes und hochwertiges Frühstück. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal beim Frühstücksservice.

Pros:

Sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, sehr gut gefülltes Frühstücksbuffet.
Fußläufig in ca. 15-20 Minuten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Hand- und Badetücher wurden täglich ausgetauscht, obwohl sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen.
Um aus der Badewanne zu kommen gibt es zu wenig Handgriffe. Ältere Personen brauchen Hilfe.
Ein Teil des Frühstückraumes ist nicht barrierefrei.
