Dad Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Frühsücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Besuch des Opernball im Aussenbereich und einige der Kulturstetten besuch und ausgezeichnet gegessen
Pros:

Es ist sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel, gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, gute Betten habe sehr gut geschlafen und bin rundherum zufrieden gewesen!!!!

Guter Aufenthalt, im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten aber nicht besser geworden.

Ruhe im Comfort-Zimmer (nach Upgrade)

Cons:

Dusche kaputt, Lampe kaputt
Frühstück zu wenig Auswahl für den Preis
Freches Personal teilweise, als wir gefragt hatten, ob wir in der Nähe des Buffets sitzen dürfen (und nicht im hinteren Bereich)

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, Organisation war positiv.
Frühstück wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen für 21€/ Person.
Wer's mag - weiche Betten.

Cons:

Teilweise schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Haarrisse im Waschbecken, dunkel verfärbte Badfugen. Föhn für langes dickes Haar ungeeignet.
