Comfy vibe, nice rooms, very comfy beds and the restaurant is very beautiful:) . The rooms were cleaned to perfection and the stuff was smiling all the time.
The quality of the service - it seems very forgetful. I paid for breakfast and was sometimes offered it, sometimes not (there is no buffet, it is brought to your table). I ordered dinner at 21:40 (late arrival) and had to listen to the staff debating over the phone with the kitchen if they can even offer me a sandwich. Yesterday I ordered dinner at 18:45 and lost all hope around 21:00. I am not the type to feel comfortable prompting people, but if you do not mind it, then for you it will be a good stay 😄 there is also no kettle in the room
