Pros:

Easy access to the highway. Walking distance to McDonald’s. Close to shopping center.

Cons:

Not clean. Had hair from previous renter. Pool area smelled disgusting. Mattress was uncomfortable. Bedsheet was still dirty. Had hair on bedding. Upstairs neighbor was being loud after quiet hours.
