Pros:

The room smelled strongly of sewerage, which I assume comes from sewer gases entering from the bathroom sink, as most establishments in Brazil do not have proper p-traps or s-traps installed.
Room window and shower door get stuck and are very difficult to open and to close.
Paint starts peeling from the walls.

Otherwise clean room and good comfy bed. Good breakfast. Very quiet after 23h30.
