Great overnight stay on cross country road trip
Pros:

Clean, good access to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet but close to freeway.

Older facility, but very clean

Good place to stay for a few nights although a bit noisy at times.
Pros:

There were plenty of breakfast options.
Everything was clean.
The staff was very polite and informative.
The wifi was good although I wish there was an ethernet option.
I didn't see even a single bug in the building during my entire stay of 2 nights.

Cons:

It took an hour or more to clean up the room next to mine and there was a lot of banging from that room during that entire time period.

Cons:

My only concern is that The AC should be turned on before arrival. Also the front desk staff wasn’t too good. He didn’t make us feel welcome. Don’t even said Hi, he asked me for last name. Not saying that he was disrespectful. But not empathy at all. Next ship was excellent.

Pros:

The handicapped accessible room was on the first floor, just steps from the front desk and lobby. My husband was able to walk the short distance, using his walker. Longer distances require our wheelchair. The roll-in shower was perfect. We have stayed here twice before, and have always had a good experience.

Nothing

Cons:

Everything and getting the deposit back is like jumping through hoops. Almost a 100 for the room 75 for a deposit that is supposed to be returned in 4 to 5 business days. Well it's been 10 and still don't have it.
