Great location and quiet.
The room smelled a little funky.
The staff was very nice. We arrived at 4 for checking and were told that our room wasn't ready yet due to having many checkouts that day. She switched us to a different room and we were able to get settled in right away.
The beds were comfortable and the room was really big.
The room we were switched to didn't have an outside windows for light. The window overlooked the pool area, so we felt we always had to have the curtain closed.
The drawers in the dresser wouldn't close all of the way.
While this isn't the hotels fault, but the room above us had kids(?) That were jumping around late into the evening and early morning making it hard to get a good night's rest.
For the price paid I would have expected more.
Easy on and off expressway
They didn’t have my room available switch to different room reimbursed but then charged $300 bucks. Took over and hour to straighten that out. Still waiting to see if reimbursement goes through
Breakfast in the lobby in the morning was the only good thing about this hotel. Food was hot and there was a good variety to choose from. The young man who tended to the breakfast station took pride in his work!
The room I booked wasn’t available upon check-in despite my confirmation and charge to credit card. My reservation was ignored despite booking a suite 5 days in advance. As a result we were left without the extra space that would have allowed a little separation for the teenage son and daughter.
The hot tub was not hot and at 8pm on a Sunday night the music playing loudly was R&B. No hate to that genre, but it’s hard to relax to it in the echo chambers of a pool area. The bathroom in the room was lacking standard amenities like lotion. The accessible room that was issued to us in place of the suite can only be designated as “accessible” because of the large bathroom door. There was no way for someone with disabilities to shower using the seat in the tub since there was not a handheld shower head and the shampoo/conditioner bottles mounted on the wall are behind the seat.
I am hoping that this review helps others to decide to stay elsewhere. The rating given on the booking.com website is ridiculously misleading.

The breakfast was OK there could’ve been a little more variety. The coffee was not good. I tried it every day. Location is great near near my family near shopping near good restaurants.
There was no closet of any kind they had to bring me a rolling rack which they did as soon as I asked for it so that was very nice. I just thought it was odd that there was no closet.
Had a family group stay. Many places for us to get-together. Nice breakfast . Very friendly front desk staff.
