Met the requirement of a place to stay. Not amazing.

Oké for a short stay

Cons:

Next to night club and could hear the noise. But front desk was kind to try and get me a room higher up. Rooms are small and outside lots of drugs and party people. Smell of maruana is everywhere. But I had an okey night sleep

Pros:

I arrived three hours prior to check-in time and was able to check in early, which was awesome. Kudos to the staff! The location of the hotel is perfect: right downtown on historic Granville St.. I was in town for a Canucks game and was able to walk to Rogers Arena. The room itself was super-comfy. I had a great sleep in a bed that was more than adequate. My room was very clean. The free coffee offered in the lobby was a nice touch.

Estuve 6 noches alojado sin inconveniente alguno.
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado... cercano a las estaciones de metro Yaletown y Granville. Habitación de buen tamaño y cama confortable,
Limpieza del baño excelente.

Cons:

Creo que pueden mejorar la alfombra del pasillo del 6 piso.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Staff was ok.

Cons:

Very sketchy neighbourhood. Many homeless people loitering around the neighbourhood. You can hear them yelling from your room when you are trying to rest. There is a night club attached to the hotel that is very loud at night. The second floor hallway smelled like cat urine and the carpet had many stains. The room smelled bad when I first entered it. The lamps in the room had strange stains on them. On Saturday night I could hear sirens going off almost every 30 minutes throughout the night. Do not stay here with your family the neighbourhood is very rough, I was very uncomfortable walking around the hotel at night.

Loud, unsafe neighborhood, mold, cockroaches and no hot water

Cons:

The room was filthy. The heater made a horrible squealing sound. There was mold and cockroaches. It's above a nightclub that is open until 4am, and if you are anywhere near the club that is all you can hear. The neighborhood around the hotel is surrounded by junkies, and there was human feces on the sidewalks. We were able to move to a higher room then the first night to get away from the club noise and cockroaches (and broken heater), and the bed was clearly very old (trenches on either side where the mattress is worn down from who knows how many decades of use) - and were still up all night listening to police cars and ambulances, street fights and junkies yelling. Oh and no hot water in the mornings. Was only able to take a 2 min shower on day 1, and never got a shower on day 2 as you could not get the water to warm up at all.

Would stay again as not expensive, but quite a few disappointments.
Pros:

Good location and comfortable beds

Cons:

No bottled water provided in the rooms and had to go to reception to fill up bottles. Staff were not particularly friendly and we had the hotel phone going off in the early hours of the morning. Our sink also broke and we weren’t offered any apology or compensation. There was also a strange musk smell outside the room.

Pros:

朝の便でバンクーバーに到着し荷物を預かってもらいました。チェックインは16時以降となっていましたが、部屋の準備ができたと15時くらいに連絡をくれてよかったです。CanadaLineの駅からは少し上り坂ですが、駅の前のバスに乗るとほぼ歩かずにすむのも良かったです。翌日はCanadaLine始発の電車で早朝でしたが周辺の治安は問題なかったです。
