Für zwei Nächte akzeptabel, jedoch Preis-Leistung passt nicht
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns gut, da wir direkt in die Bars im Umkreis gehen konnten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat nach Lack gestunken.
Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden.
Wären für 5 Personen gewesen, jedoch gab es nur 4 Betten.
Hatten keine kanadische Telefonnummer und deshalb nachgefragt, ob wir kurz telefonieren dürfen, dies wurde verneint.
Im Eingangsbereich war ebenfalls kein angenehmer Geruch.

Inexpensive (compared to alternatives), but wouldn't return.
Cons:

Hotel has a smell as soon as you walked in. Hallways in sorry condition. Carpets threadbare. Location on this side of Granville Street is surrounded by many unhoused people. Good price compared to alternatives hotels, but honestly next time I'll spend more money and stay elsewhere.

Functional but better places elsewhere
Pros:

Staff were really nice
Room was ok. Not particularly clean though

Cons:

Location not great. Lots of homeless around the property.
Beds had seen better days.
Spoke to reception 3 times as previous guests had left the safe locked and promised 3 times it would be unlocked. Nothing happened.
Very loud out in the corridors at night.
Overpriced for what it was

Grubby hotel in not so nice area

Cons:

Over a hundred years old definitely not more than a two star ⭐️ hotel , that’s Being generous
Go across the road and stay in hostels
:The fact they advertised breakfast knowing that they don’t ? , sums up the business model ( gave us some lollies)
Sheets were not changed
Location is grubby and doesn’t feel comfortable
Aver all this establishment fell very short of any low expectations
A/C noisy with not alternative to open windows

Definitely not value for money
Pros:

Comfortable bed and basic room

Cons:

Parking area access is not clear, infact parking entrance is through the back alley that was never specified. Again the area around is filled with drug addicts and homeless people. Second there was a $40 parking charge per day for using the hotel parking that was not mentioned in the booking.
