Staff were helpful when there were issues.

The wifi did not work in room 101. The staff tried to fix it, but it only worked just outside our room or in the lobby.

Disappointing
Pros:

Our room was at back of hotel, so somewhat quieter than I imagine front busier rooms would be.

Cons:

Extremely loud air conditioner in room, we turned it off overnight, and just rugged up in bed as it was unbearable.
All corridors smelt really bad, some smelt like stale old cooking, and others had an overpowering unpleasant scent which I presumed was trying to mask the other stench.

There was a cockroach in the kitchen , the internet didn’t work in our room at all and our room had a musty smell to it.

Pros:

The bed was SO comfortable! The place was very clean. Nice central location. Staff were all friendly. Check in and out were quick and easy.

Cons:

Free parking overnight would have been nice when you're paying so much for a room.

Pros:

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, beds are comfy.

Cons:

It is a well-looking hotel, but the location is terrible. They have a club next door and several others nearby. I got the room #204, and you can hear the club music all night long until 3am (you can even feel the vibrations), and once the music is off, you can hear multiple people yelling on the street and ambulance and police. Also, two of my bathroom towels were not clean, they even have hairs from the previous guests. Ahhh and also you have to pay $40 extra per night for parking. I do not has fridge or microwave in the room.
