Nice spacious room, polite staff, located in the heart of the city :)
Maybe its what DT is like but the rooms have be shut in since there is no view outside window, only other rooms n walls.
LOCATION!
There is a bar beneath the building so on one side of the hotel it can be extremely loud Friday and Saturday night until 3am. Do not get the kitchen suites on the weekend. We had a small ant problem. Also the cleaning staff needs to learn to knock before entering.
Coffee provided, beds were very comfortable.
We were right above the cabaret, music was very loud and went on till one in the morning
Everything was great.
There was some blood on the back of the bathroom door which was from a previous stay which we wiped off.
When I showed up they made me pay 400 deposit on my freinds card under my name and my id but now im not together with her , and I want them to o ut the mo ney bac k b on my td card I originally booked with that day. 400$ to my td card . They still l havnt helped . Extremely upset

Good location, staff were attentive and helpful.
We were changed to a twin double room after suggesting there was no way we would both fit into a small.double bed, that was listed as a large.
'Large double beds' listed were no better a standard double size bed.
Room floor were very dirty, feet black after taking a shower and walking in floor.
Aircon very old and very noisy.
Parking was cramped, and smelt of urine, and unsafe to leave anything inside car.
