Pros:

Did not have breakfast.
The room met my expectations

Cons:

Nothing.
Have been using this hotel for 30 years. Location are price are perfect for me.
Next to La Trainera! And my partners had their offices half a block awsy in Hermosilla

El servicio y amabilidad del personal de recepción, desayuno, limpieza, excelente! En un momento dejé mi bolso a cargo de un compañero de trabajo que se levantó y el personal rápidamente lo puso en el armario de recepción por seguridad.

Cons:

Tener más claro cómo funciona el servicio de despertador (si es que lo hay). Intenté con el teléfono pero no pude y un día se me agotó la bateria del móvil y casi llego tarde a una reunión.

Quiero aclarar que no fue culpa del Hotel, pero si hay un servicio de despertador fácilmente accesible, estaría bien.

Estado de deterioro y abandono, necesita urgentemente ser puesta en condiciones
La pintura descascarada alfombras de los corredores, pisos flotantes de la habitación de baja calidad y rotos, lavatorio rajado, las duchas difíciles de regular…etc
