El ruido en los cuartos que están cerca del office. Dos veces me tocó el cuarto 211 y 511 que está al lado y desde muy temprano comienzan los ruidos y golpes de puertas

Hotel correcto para quedarse en una zona muy buena en Madrid

La ubicación y la cama, muy cómoda

Cons:

Que la habitación comunicaba a un patio interior y las ventanas no abren. El baño está bien pero un poco antiguo. No tenían balanza para pesar mi valija aduciendo que un cliente se la llevó y a pesar que las dejé guardadas no consiguieron otra ni ofrecieron solución, baja calidad de servicio al cliente.

Muchas cosas, me cobraron un recargo de 50 euros por mi hijo menor habiendo reservado una habitación familiar con tres camas, esto no tienen ningún sentido. Internet muy malo.
