Cons:

Roaches, smells terrible once I got off the elevator. Rooms are old and busted up. The TV had no power cord. Room smelled like bleach. The night I checked in I checked out I was not going to stay there at all. I actually slept in my car

A bad experience at the Jack London inn

Location, value.

Cons:

I understand policy. I didn't have a physical I.D. but was able to produce a picture of my California driver's license front and back and also the bank card that I paid and made the reservation with. They could have taken screenshot of my license even my bank card if need be they had me on camera if it was fraud they had me dead to rights. An exception could have been made but the manger wouldn't even come out to speak to me I was relayed the information thru the front desk clerk and was basically labeled a possible fraudster as a reason for not being allowed my booking.

ロケーションは良かった。Amtrakで到着し、駅のプラットホームから横に直進するだけで到着。

Cons:

チェックイン時に言われて了承するしか無かったが、客室のエアコンが壊れていて、日中は暑くて大変。廊下の方がはるかに涼しくて、ドアを空けっ放しにしていた。
窓はあるけど外が見えなくされていて、開けることもできなかった。
また、無料の朝食は、コンチネンタルとは言え、ちょっと粗末すぎた。

The price. It's actually a good location, except for the trains.

Cons:

People are up at night due to living there. Mouse was in the room, but my room was changed immediately, much better room, and it looked like an actual hotel room. In the previous room, the mattress looked old and worn out. Trains. Considering location, the hotel should work on attracting good people, but the trains will still be a problem. People can stay 30 days, check out, and check back in. That's not good. My scoring was based on the 2nd room.
