Starting with the extremely strong stench in the room (which could not be eliminated because the windows could not be opened for some inches). Then we wondered what the deposit was for - literally everything in the room was broken. As can be seen in the photos. Cleanliness was also lacking. Even the elevator, where we encountered a junkie, was disgusting.There is mold behind the wallpaper in the breakfast room, which is peeling off.

The microwave looked so disgusting that we didn't want to put our food in it.

Our room faced the courtyard at the back, but we still could hear the loud noises/honking of the freight train passing in front of the hotel a lot of times in the night.

We spoke with Silvana at reception and asked for our room to be cleaned. We also asked for the wood to be removed so we could open the window. She was extremely unfriendly and anything but interested in a solution.

Unfortunately, we only read the other reviews during our stay; otherwise, we would never have booked here. No matter what the manager replies here, it's just a lie. Even in older reviews, you can read that the supposed service teams should take care of everything - as can be seen in the photos, this has never happened in recent years.

The drug addicts in the area and in the hotel complete the picture.

The old white male staffer was very rude and unprofessional. The place looked run down and not clean at all.

The rooms are dirty, dilapidated and unsafe. The door did not lock when closed. Anyone can enter. Prostitution and pimps use the rooms regularly.

Elevators are slow

Everything! This place is a whore house literally! Sounded like a bad episode of Jerry Springer in the room next door. Our room smelt like piss and cigars!

It was absolutely disgusting with cockroaches and moldy bathroom walls and the employee’s attitudes to match it.

The room had cockroaches and in the bathroom, moldy walls, and the sheets are dirty. The remote and TV didn’t even work. It was disgusting. And all the employees they have the attitudes to match it.

The smell and the quality of everything

À fuir! Cet établissement sert manifestement de lieu de prostitution. Dès notre arrivée, nous ne nous sommes pas senti en sécurité et nous avons fui dans un autre hôtel. C'est un endroit illégal et dangereux. Sur les 2 chambres proposées, 1 sentait très fort et l'autre sans aération on aurait dit un sauna. Pour couronner le tout, la direction a refusé d'annuler ma réservation et a prélevé la totalité du séjour sans aucun scrupule. C'est une honte absolue que cet endroit soit encore ouvert au public, ne réservez sous aucun prétexte ! Je ne comprends pas que booking permette la réservation d'un tel établissement.

For around $90 a night, the place was seriously lacking. The place looks like had hasn't been cleaned in decades, there is mold and roaches everywhere, and the carpet is musty. The elevators barely worked and the smoke detector was removed in the room.

The first room we were put in had roaches and that was on the 1st floor and then when we asked to switch rooms it was in the top floor but no a/c so we had to either the room with a/c and roaches or the with no a/c and no roaches and I had my son with me just sad

Right next to train railroad. Train very loud 4-5 times over night.
Bunch of drunk people screaming till 2am right on the hallway.
Homeless person standing on the hallway and no one knows about him
Prostitutes walking at night time and marihuana smells in all hotel.
Few blocks from there homeless people slipping in tents and doing drugs .
Do yourself a huge favor and. Pay 50-60 bucks more and stay in better and safer place.
