Important information:

The property next to our hotel is currently under construction. There may be some construction noise heard from the rooms located on the west side of the building. Unfortunately, this work is out of our direct control.

For any rate plan including buffet breakfast: the rate includes a voucher redeemable for breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Please note that when breakfast is included in the room rate it is per adult based on double occupancy (voucher for two), any additional guests will be charged for breakfast.
Children 11 and under eat free when accompanied by one paying adult. Children 12 and over will be charged as an adult for breakfast.
Buffet breakfast service is offered in the dining room each morning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

no french channels on the tv. manager blame bell but we saw that the restaurant had tva channel. the manager didnt know how to operate the tv to scan for all channels. the milk was rotten for our coffee in the restaurant.

Séjour agréable et fort sympathique.
Pros:

Un super buffet à volonté. Personnel agréable et attentif aux besoins de chacun et chacune. Les barmans aussi sont très attentifs, et prennent le temps de nous servir de manière professionnelle. encore un gros merci, et continuer comme ca.

Cons:

L'hôtel est un peu Loin des endroits qui me convienne, et encore se n'est pas très grave car je suis allé en hiver, en été je ne prendrais pas des taxis toujours, je marcherais. Alors je ne sais pas quoi dire de plus, car je ne vois que du positif.

Pros:

Très bon petit-déjeuner et emplacement idéal !
Nous avons vraiment apprécié le petit-déjeuner servi à l’hôtel : il était délicieux, avec un bon choix de plats pour bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est super pratique, à quelques pas des attractions principales et facilement accessible pour se déplacer dans Montréal. Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

La piscine pour enfants n’était pas fonctionnelle pendant notre séjour. Un meilleur aménagement de l’espace piscine pourrait également le rendre plus agréable pour les familles.

Cons:

bonjour je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservé il mon dit qu'il n'avais pas de réservation a mon nom très déçus,j'ai été obligé de me trouve un autre hôtel a la dernière minute en plus on ma charge le montant de la chambre sur ma carte de crédit 308.00 tout le problème que sa me cause.

Cons:

Le tapis dans la chambre 500 est à changer.
La sauveteuse a la piscine surveillait à peine. De jeunes garçons auraient pu se blesser en plongeant dans la spa.

Excellent choice for breakfast.; beds a little too soft; air conditioning unit very loud but efficient; great shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure; fridge very convenient; could use a safe. maybe for rent?

Cons:

elevator is slow; not clear where to find stairs access for going to main floor is you don't want to use the elevator. Other than that, nothing really.
