Important information:

The property next to our hotel is currently under construction. There may be some construction noise heard from the rooms located on the west side of the building. Unfortunately, this work is out of our direct control.

For any rate plan including buffet breakfast: the rate includes a voucher redeemable for breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Please note that when breakfast is included in the room rate it is per adult based on double occupancy (voucher for two), any additional guests will be charged for breakfast.
Children 11 and under eat free when accompanied by one paying adult. Children 12 and over will be charged as an adult for breakfast.
Buffet breakfast service is offered in the dining room each morning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Do not waste your money
Pros:

Elevator goes crazy
The carpets were sticky and smells like humidity.
The first night I got there one car was vandalized someone broke his window and try to take the car.
The bathroom looked clean but smelled like #2.
The air conditioner was old a.h. It didn’t not let us sleep because of the constant weird noise it made.
And did no make the room colder neither.

Cons:

One of the most expensive hotel I have stayed but they do not keep up with the maintenance and upkeep it needs.
The tv was also outdated.

Cons:

Les lits doubles annoncés pour des lits queen. Déjeuner non inclus pour les 13-17 ans. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre.

Pros:

Le personnel est courtois et souriant. La chambre est propre. Idéal pour un court séjour.

Cons:

1. Lorsque nous avons réservé sur Booking, le petit déjeuner est compris. Mais, qu'un seul repas gratuit nous a été offert. J'ai payé pour mes adolescents. Il semble que cette information n'a pas été communiqué à Booking. 2. Le sauvetage à la piscine regardait son téléphone tout le moment où nous y étions. Il est question de la sécurité des clients.

Cons:

The AC was so loud we couldn’t sleep, and when we turned it off to try to get some sleep, it was way too hot. Our room was also near the ice station, and we could hear the ice go down the machine all night long, we couldn’t sleep either because of that.

When checking out my kids asked when we come back to Montreal if we could stay there again
Pros:

My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was delicious and had a large variety of options.
