Important information:

The property next to our hotel is currently under construction. There may be some construction noise heard from the rooms located on the west side of the building. Unfortunately, this work is out of our direct control.

For any rate plan including buffet breakfast: the rate includes a voucher redeemable for breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Please note that when breakfast is included in the room rate it is per adult based on double occupancy (voucher for two), any additional guests will be charged for breakfast.
Children 11 and under eat free when accompanied by one paying adult. Children 12 and over will be charged as an adult for breakfast.
Buffet breakfast service is offered in the dining room each morning.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I probably wouldn't stay there again, even though the location is good for me.
Pros:

The location is good. The employees doing the cleaning of the rooms were nice and competent. The employees at the reception were mixed with some really nice and welcoming while others were mean and rude.

Cons:

I didn't like the breakfasts. The food is not good, the pancakes and french toasts were stale, dry and cold. The pastries were old and uneatable. The employees were not friendly, rushing us in and out. Overall the breakfasts were the worst of the full Holiday Inn experience. Moreover at over $25.00 per person for a terrible and rudely managed breakfasts, it's not a great way to promote a business.

Pros:

Comfortable and clean with a very good breakfast. The food at the bar was really good as well. Location is a little far from the city center but has free parking and was nice and quiet.

Lorsqu’enfin notre chambre est prête. Presque pu de papier de toilette en place. Seulement 2 serviettes quand on réserve pour 4. Le lit très inconfortable, l’AC bruyante, chambre mal aérée on manquait d’air. Spa fermée

Cons:

Location is secluded. Costs more to travel to metro and they hosted a trading card event on a Saturday including in the lobby, was quite loud and congested, even trying to go to breakfast which also was an extra $22 pp and the staff were not very friendly — upon checkout she came out as we wwre
